It’s been since April 8, 2016 when Sears on Rt 73 in Marlton N J 8 053 wrongfully debited 895.22 from my debit card. Their machine reclined my card but, the debit machine took my money. I did not receive the washer and dryer. Since then I had to replace the ones they charged me for and not give me. I need my money back. That’s a lot of money for a senior to be without or any one else for that matter. Please return my money ASAP

There is no way i will ever deal with sears again. I bought a washer dryer combo, new hoses, cut offs & warranty. Had to wait a week for delivery/​install & when truck got there at noon (1st delivery of day ?) The clowns came in & said they couldn’t install them because the «area was too tight to do » Really, are you kidding me? I do laundry in there every few days & no space issue. So they attempted to drop off without installing them & i locked the door & denied them entry. Yes i disputed the charge & got my money back after contacting the family attorney but that crew were the laziest pieces of poo i had ever seen & the company didn’t really care about my displeasure so sorry Sears you can not go out of business soon enough for me & acting that way insures it. Have fun on unemployment.

This is a very quiet store, but they specifically only sell appliances, nothing else.
The store is convenient because I do not have to venture to the mall to look specifically at appliances. The sales rep said the prices are the same in their store as they are in the mall location. The store it kept well cleaned and presentable with the ability to definitely check out many appliance varieties.
