Chipotle Mexican Grill

Mad props to everyone at this location. There was a BOGO promotion today and boy the line looked like Six Flags on the weekend. Waited in line for about an hour but it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and put together an amazing burrito. Keep up the great work!

Typical Chipotle. The past few times I’ve went, they’ve been out of one or more ingredients that I add to my burrito bowl, but that’s to be expected when you go later on in the evening I suppose.

This review is not about Chipotle, what there was of my chicken bowl was a quality product, the skimping on the contents is the basis of my review.
I frequent many Chipotle restaurants in the South Jersey area, needless to say I «know» what a normal portion is. I stopped into the restaurant in the Promenade in Marlton, NJ to grab dinner after a meeting.
The bowl I received tonight was an appetizer in comparison. A flat scoop and a half of rice comprised the base of my chicken bowl. A «tasting» of beans came next and then a flat scoop of chicken topped off the bowl. I was surprised to see «bowl» when my bowl was complete. I’ve had employees have to «work» to close the bowl, so this was quite far from the «norm».
The gentlemen in front of me suffered the same results when he ordered a burrito. In the end it looked more TB than Chipotle. This was a «convenience store» size object, not the «renowned» beast that adorns Chipotle’s gift cards.
Had I been a smart man, I would have seen how the gentleman ahead of me had his burrito turn out and walked.
I’ll try them again, but this time I’ll walk if I see the same employee manning the line.

Just okay – not fabulous.
Not thrilled with the fact that the food is laying on steam tables. Never can tell how fresh it is.
They do not give you allot of meat so if you’re satisfied with filling up your «bowl» with rice and beans-​I guess that’s okay.
The meat to me was way too spicy.
I gave it a try – that’s all I wanted to do.

I don’t often write reviews but this time I had to. Went here for lunch for the first time and ordered the burrito and the guy gave me such a small scoop of rice. Next guy rolled my burrito all sloppy. Not sure if these guys are new but so far I’ve had a really bad experience here. Next time I’ll play it safe and get the burrito bowl.

THIS CHIPOTLE IS TERRIBLE. First of all, the guy that took my order was incompetent (I can only hope he was new). I ordered a burrito bowl and he gives me one tiny scoop of rice. Then I tell him I want chicken and instead of changing the empty container of chicken for a new one he starts scooping out the remains and again gives me the smallest scoop of chicken. After standing there with my arms crossed and a dirty look on my face I think the next guy got the hint and added a little more chicken. Finally I go to pay for my order and I ask for chips and guac, get charged the full amount, get home, open the chips and find no guac. This place is crap. It’s the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life and I will never eat at this location ever again.

I love Chipolte but I was very disappointed when I went yesterday. The service was so slow first of all and when I got my burrito it was ice cold. It may have been Luke warm at times but it was cold. How is that possible? Really there is no excuse. I would have said something but my daughter didn’t want me to.

I usually don’t like chain style establishments but Chipotle rocks my world! I simply love to get the veggie bowl and a bag of chips and guacamole. Their guacamole is always fresh and chunky with avocado.
The service is okay here but the food is always good.

3 stars not because of the food. The food is good. But service needs to reviewed by middle management. First, portion control is whatever, if you think they are skimping on something ask for more. They run out of the basics often, cheese and beans. ordering online is not faster then standing in line. Finally, the cashier/​shift manager is never at the register. The staff has to bang on a wall for them to come ring you up. This is the norm. So there can be people waiting but the cashier is not to be found.

The employees don’t listen when you’re trying to order and mess it up or you have to keep repeating yourself.

After living abroad for months, all I wanted was a delicious burrito. Last week I went to Chipotle at the King of Prussia mall, and it was terrible. I was SO grumpy that my triumphant return to burritos was lackluster.
After a long day of running errands, my husband (who also was abroad for even longer, and had yet to have his first burrito) and I decided to stop at the Marlton Chipotle. Boy, we are glad we did.
We WENT for it. I’m usually a burrito bowl kinda girl, but not this day. Burrito. Sofritos. Sour Cream. Guac. All of it, in my belly. Staff was friendly and attentive, and they made me one heck of a burrito. We grabbed a bag of chips, and sat in silence for ten minutes as we devoured our burritos.
They were delicious and it was a very satisfying experience! All I could keep saying was… I’m so happy we came here.

I love Chipotle very good Tex mex cuisine.
It is a very clean establishment.
Food here is very tasty and staff are friendly!
Unfortunately options are very limited– I dont even think they have queso.
Chicken and steak are my favorite meats here!

This Chipotle like many other is incredibly awesome from the minute you walk in the door you are enjoying the sweet smell of chiptoles food. Always a friendly staff, and always some really awesome food. Come here get anything you want because no matter what it is it will be awesome and it will be an awesome experience.

We had two burritos to go, and we thought it wasn’t a good experience at all.
When we were at the cash register, the shift manager apparently was not paying attention to which-​was-​which when he bagged one of our burritos after it had to be re-​wrapped.
When we got home to eat, I was starving more than usual, and we really didn’t have anything else to eat until going to get groceries the next day. When I cut into my burrito, I noticed it was carnitas, not veggie! I thought «oh, I guess I’ll be eating this not-​spicy-​enough non-​vegetarian thing tonight» and I went with it (actually, my first thought was that it was shredded chicken instead, because the carnitas wasn’t seasoned well at all). Then the deal breaker was when I found a tiny black hair in my burrito when I already ate ¹⁄₃ of it. I was PO’d, but I was so hungry and desperate I didn’t really have a choice but to finish it.
I usually cannot speak highly enough about Chipotle, but all of these flaws really turned me off from this location.

I work across the street from chipotle and after a long shift, this is my go to spot. It is always kept clean and the service is insanely friendly. The service is also very understanding. Particularly one night I waited a while for my food. I was very patient and didn’t say anything, they were busy. The manager took notice of my patience and gave me my food for free! Great customer service. This location is very prompt with online orders as well. They are always done early, so don’t believe the pickup time that you requested!

What is not to love at Chipotle. I have never had a bad experience at this location — food is fresh, perfectly made, and I always return to this location.
They are open everyday until 10pm.
Highly recommend: Burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, guacamole, lettuce, cheese and sourcream = my usual.

Always consistent and delicious food. They have the perfect guac recipe — not too garlicky.

I love Chipotle. Absolutely love it. Now that I got that out of the way, I’ll begin my review.
Food is here great and tasty. Staff is quick and friendly.
There is plenty of parking available and there is outside seating available for those who want it.
Can’t speak highly enough about this place.

I always get the salad with their honey vinaigrette. The dressing is delicious and what makes the salad so delicious. I’m so glad that they brought the sofritas (Braised tofu) to the East Coast. My husband is a meat lover, but actually enjoyed it so give it a try! The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Hubby always gets the burrito when we come here. The only complaint would be that the ingredients don’t get mixed together when they put it into the burrito. You might get a nice big bite of just sour cream (ewww) because they just glop the ingredients on and wrap it all up. Nice big portions and decent prices.
