So my mistake was that I ignored the reviews I saw online about getting your screen fixed at a kiosk_​stupid me. I have an iPhone 5-​I have not had issues with it and dropped it about 4 months ago. Because I had a screen protector on it I dealt with the cracked screen and it worked fine– NO ISSUES AT ALL. Apple wanted to charge 129 $ for the replacement and I didn’t have time to wait 2 hours so I went here. The manager was there, very nice, and did a great job on replacing the screen and did it fast. Guess what? Thats when the problems began. I had mainly been using it for text and internet– and it was fine– then I tried to make a call– It would drop every single call– I could hear them they could not hear me– It is super hot at the ear piece. It is opening apps automatically when I try to make a call. So I went there and he does not take any responsibility at all– COINCIDENCE? No! All of it started when he opened my phone. He did place the screen again– not sure what that was supposed to do but it did nothing. He claims I’m pressing mute with my cheek– Hmmm never did that before friday! So I am out $ 106.00 I have a phone that cannot make calls but a really scratch free screen :/​So just go to apple and have it done right. He also said that when I go to have Apple look at it not to say i got it replaced there and that if they know they won’t even touch it. Sketchy
