I always have a great time here and the breadsticks are my favorite. I also love that chicken and ghnochi soup. The only thing I can complain about is not having more around here

Prior to my last two experiences, I was never a big fan of Olive Garden. However, this location is great. Wait staff has been friendly, patient, and professional. Food was honestly delicious. The baked shrimp Parmesan dish is really good. Salad and bread sticks were fresh. Sangria was good as well. Will most likely be back if we’re in the area!

Even though Olive Garden is an all time favorite, there are still flaws that need to be acknowledged because sometimes the experience isn’t very pleasant. We have waiter who did not care to ask if we wanted wine samples, he brought all the food and drinks separately at random time, he checked on us maybe twice during the whole meal and one of his waiter buddies had long messy unruly dry hair that looked like it was falling all over the food.

As of right now they are«hiring». And by that I mean hiring just about anyone apparently. Being a server I know that it’s important to own up to mistakes especially if you are new at a restaurant. People are usually understand as I would have been. Our server was clearly new. Waited forever to be greeted. Then our breadsticks and salad came BEFORE our drinks! Not to mention she brought me the wrong one. Blamed it on the bartender.(Even though if you can’t remember an order there’s a handy tool called a notepad) Our entrees finally came out(med rare steak and shrimp Alfredo) an hour later.ridiculous. Again blamed on the kitchen. Checked on us once we asked for more breadsticks and they just never came the next thing that was dropped off was our check with no questions asked. I usually have more patience when it comes to new servers. I’ve been there. But this was just pure laziness. And it was absolutely dead. Olive Garden, either hire more experienced staff, weed out the ones who don’t care, or train accordingly. Was disappointed more than once at this location.

I came here with my cross country team. The staff was not the happiest about us being there, which I have no clue why? I am a server and I never care if I have a big loud party, but I digress. Our servers seemed to care less, they might have filled our waters once. ONCE. We are runners! How would they do that to us? The food was typical Olive Garden food. Nothing to fancy, but not awful. I enjoyed everything I just really wish the staff was better. I haven’t been back since.

The food is consistently awful and the service is slow. This location does not live up to the chain’s reputation.

Terrible service everyone standing around talking at the front podium while the bartender no where in sight hence never waited on. When leaving was told to have a good evening by the person that just greeted me 10 min earlier. Replied back that it would of been if someone would of been at the bar. No one reacted including what I believe was the manager on duty. Won’t be back.

If you want to see how to take good produce and ruin it go there, they seems to have lost the concept of Italian cooking by drowning everything in butter and cream to the point of disgusting. The main course either steak or beef is very small on the plate compare the the amount of pasta that drowns in what they think is sauce. Yes you will come out full and digest their pasta for 3 days if that’s your idea of good meal. Never again

I’ve been is this location at least 30 times and everything went out very good! Restaurant business is tuff and for sure no one is perfect. Some of the rewiew here is completely irrelevant when comes to eat here or not Unilocal has been going down the hill losing credibility because if take the time to read all reviews you’ll see some people has no clue of what they talking about… Bread sticks cold. Service was rude… Salad had no dressing etc. Restaurant owners give their life for their business and sometimes just because a unhappy employe mess up a Litlle thing Unilocal reviewers come in and stick a life in the heart to finish it off. I am 100% sure every single issue can be resolve, discus and work out by a good communication between customer and the manager in charge. Resuming Unilocal suck big time and has nothing to do when comes to qualify or disqualify any restaurant from franchise business where everything is standard to local in depended restaurant where they owners gives their life for it.

Worst olive garden I’ve ever been too. Usually olive garden’s bread sticks taste soft, warm and good. This place even serves horrible breadsticks. It was hard and cold when the server gave it to us Food was horrible. We had the shrimp with tilapia, and this chicken dish, everything tasted frozen and microwaved. I could get a better meal from the supermarket’s frozen aisle. Service was just whatever too. Just don’t come here

The wait staff is friendly and good with children. There is a nice children’s menu also. They can be very busy on weekends but that’s not much unlike other restaurants. We like going on weeknights when we don’t feel like cooking. The food is ok. It is definitely not authentic Italian food, but it is good. If you want real authentic Italian food you can find it. Its good food for the price; avoid weekends if you don’t want a long wait(and a lot of noise).

I brought my hockey team(i.e., 24 players) here today. Even though we did give them and notice, they were able to see this in about 5 to 6 minutes. It took a few minutes to get organized, but once they were the salad and breadsticks and meals were served quite quickly. The service was attentive, and the food was hot and tasty. At the end of the meal they were efficient with processing 25 separate checks. I would definitely stop in again!

Updated review, we go here about once a month as we are always out that way. The place may have had a couple mishaps in the past but it has recovered well. The food is consistent and tasty. The staff is well trained and prompt.

Slow service and long wait for so many empty tables. Waited about 30 min to be seated when you could see clearly that the restaurant was half empty. Food was OK. Ordered the Tuscana soup which was good but the main entrée which was Seafood Alfredo was bland and plain, not very flavorful as I was hoping for the 40 min meal wait. Our waiter Nicholas messed up our drinks, took forever to take breadsticks and seemed uninterested in serving us. He became extremely rude because we wouldn’t pay immediately after he took the check to our table(never asked for the check yet), he kept coming back every 2⁄3 minutes asking if the check was ready– annoying! And when my mother would say no, he kept rolling his eyes at us and would mimic my mom saying the check was not ready to take as he would walk away from the table– we were just trying to enjoy our dessert and coffees but it seemed to not be able to happen. Very disrespectful and disappointing– won’t be back for a long time. One star for that experience.

…going downhill… 2 visits — October 13 and Nov 23. In October the entrees were pretty good, but the appetizers(including the clam-stuffed mushrooms) were pretty bad. My wife’s Chicken Scampi was really good and I mad a mental note to order it on our next visit. Last night 3 of the 4 of us did order the Chicken Scampi. I really think it was reheated leftovers. I knew something was wrong when our server brought the first 2 orders. My Chicken Scampi looked«dry». It had been under the heat lamp for a while — and it was 3 or 4 minutes before the other 2 orders arrived. Mine was so dry that I asked for more sauce. For all 4 dishes, the angel hair was old, re-cooked, or very overcooked — extremely limp, mushy, and falling apart. The sauce was thin, watered down, and tasteless — like when you don’t have enough so you add some water to extend it. And the service was slow, even though it wasn’t crowded. We should have gone to Bertucci’s. PJ

What a pleasant surprise! I went in with low expectations. It was too late to go looking for local restaurants that weren’t chains, and I was too hungry to just go to my hotel and go to bed without supper. So there I was, cranky and tired. I was promptly taken to a nice table(a woman traveling alone, taken to a nice table without having to fuss for it???). The wait staff took my order promptly, brought my drink, and soon brought salad. It was fresh and the house dressing delicious. Then the spaghetti came and it was very good too. Now perhaps my famished state made the food better than it was, or perhaps I was so tired looking that someone on the wait staff realized I needed TLC — I dunno, this was a great experience, even though they were within an hour of closing. So I don’t know about Olive Garden the chain, but I can wholeheartedly recommend this particular restaurant. Thanks, guys, for making me feel better after a really difficult day.

They must sprinkle crack on the bread sticks cause this place is always packed. Not sure why, it’s an Olive Garden. They are what you expect from a chain, the servers can be hit or miss. But I’m of the demographic that is stereotyped not to tip so… Overall they do a fine job at this location of delivering a consistent Olive Garden experience.

Went here with a group for a celebration lunch. I wouldn’t have normally trusted the OG to take care of medically required diets but this wasn’t my choice and I wanted to participate and not just watch people eat. I ordered gluten free pasta. I stated clearly I have celiac and not just choosing the gluten free pasta to be trendy. I asked if the gf pasta was cooked in separate water(they advertise gluten free pasta on tv so I am guessing this is the case, just wondering since this was the first time I was here). They brought out the pasta and it was quite tasty. Sauce was yummy, very salty as chain restaurant food is, but fine for one lunch. Then, viola, about halfway through my plate I find a wheat spaghetti. WTF. Really? How much money is spent on TV and stating gf as an option not just a secret menu? My original distrust came to fruition. How disappointing. No one at our table had spaghetti noodles so this happened in the kitchen, not on the way to the table. I asked for the manager and brought this to her attention. She was apologetic, as was the server, even though I completely know this was not the servers fault. From here on in they handled the situation flawlessly. I give them a lot of customer service points and this is why I’m rating it two stars instead of one. She offered a new plate of pasta, which I declined because I’m not confident an operational issue like that can be fixed in 2 minutes. Offered to take meal off the bill which was appreciated since I only ate half of it. They also offered a gift card to me as an apology. I appreciate that but won’t be using it and offered dessert(to others in the party since I’m not sure any desserts are gf). They made it clear they were sorry. While this is super duper kind, I only care about 2 things. 1: The situation in the kitchen is corrected(I won’t be the one finding out, good luck to you!). 2: People with celiac are aware of what happened so they can use extreme caution while dining there if they choose to or are dragged along with a group.

It’s a chain people — a chain! After reading thru a lot of the reviews and seeing points knocked for what I would expect at such a large chain I felt like I had to come and write about my experience. I have been here many times and take the good with the bad but I have never had a truly bad experience here(service is off sometimes …) Came in around 830 on a Friday night… I was very surprised there was no wait… there is always a huge crowd waiting to get in here almost any time you come. I hadn’t been here in a while and didn’t have any expectations at all. We were seated quickly and the waitress was there to show us the specials and take our drink orders. Starting with the salad and soup. I had the Pasta e Fagioli — which was very good and very flavorful but a tad too salty. They are definitely heavy handed with the salt here. The waitress was right there to see if we needed any more as soon as our bowls were empty. The waitress was very good and knew the menu well. Her recommendations were great. We were stuck between ordering the 2 for $ 25 or off of the main menu… when I told her what I was in the mood for she suggested the perfect menu item. The Lobster Cannelloni with Shrimp was really good and really flavorful(although again it was very salty). The lobster and the shrimp were not skimped on at all — I was actually surprised by this. The waitress had told me it wasn’t a huge portion but it was worth the $ 19 and she was most definitely correct! My friend had the tour di mare and the plate/portions were huge. I tried a couple things and everything tasted good. We were so stuffed that we didn’t have any desserts.

We got here around 3#0 last Sunday afternoon, and had no problem waiting 15 minutes for a table. What was a bit strange was the fact that the dining room was half empty. Staffing issues? Things picked up once we were seated. Our server came right over with menus and took our drink order. She was back in minutes with our drinks and dinner was ordered.\ We were a bit on the boring side as Mrs B and I ordered the exact same meal from the three course meal section, Chicken & Gnocchi Soup and Parmesean-Potato Crusted Chicken. Again, our wait was short for the soup. The bowl was large, the soup was hot and it tasted good. My only complaint is that they used dark meat, in the past I’m sure it was white meat in the soup. We were offered more as we finished, but looking to leave room for the main course, we politely declined. It’s a good thing we did, because there was plenty of food on the plate. We’re not just talking pasta here folks. There were two nice size pieces of chicken here, and it tasted good. There was enough left over for us to each have lunch the next day. For desert we had the Chocolate Mouse Cake. It was a tiny piece of cake but it was fresh and was delicious. All in all, it was a good solid mean where we got our money’s worth. Service was consistent. The wait at the beginning just bugs me because there seems to be some poor planning on someones part. At least close off part of the dining room if you don’t have the staffing.
