Last night after a long trip ordered take out. A large order of Sashimi, tuna, yellowtail and salmon, very fresh! and 8 different maki’s. They were all awesome! Can’t get enough of the Spicy scallop, spicy tuna and spicy salmon maki’s. Their shrimp tempura Crazy Maki is the Best! The eel and cucumber maki had a great tasting sauce. The scallop tempura maki was fantastic. The House maki and Fire maki were very tasty! Can’t say enough good things about their sushi and their chef’s beautiful presentation, even in take out trays. Looking forward to our next sushi fest to Fuji! Thank you for a great feast!

Great place! You goto Hibachi for the fun atmosphere and its here. Natalia was our waitress and she was great! We went in during off hours so it was just my wife and I. She met our every need and was very attentive. Tried the sushi and it was very fresh and on point. Went for the Hibachi and although only cooking for two, our cook made it fun and entertaining. He also said it was his first day of work there and he did an amazing job! Met Dennis the new Mgr, he joked around with me a bit and was super friendly. We will be coming here again!

Sushi only experience Probably the worst sushi I have had since moving to Mass last year. I am a sushi enthusiast and the only time I write a review is if they were –amazing-, or horrible. This is the later. I couldn’t finish my tuna roll, it was so disgusting. As far as the wait staff goes… they were alright. Just… don’t come here for the sushi. Maybe the hibachi is better, but I didn’t try it.

Fuji atmosphere is comfortable. Bar area is a nice place to relax and enjoy a cocktail and sushi. However, Fuji is entertaining and primarily a novelty restaurant to celebrate birthdays and other special occasions. I recently had dinner with a party if 6. We ordered Hibachi chicken, scallops, filet steak and salmon along with side items. Our chef was entertaining and prepared our meal table side. Fried rice was good, scallops and salmon were cooked to order and tasty. Chicken was a bit rubbery and tasted ok when doused with hot mustard. The salad was a disappointment. Lettuce was basically the tough bitter pieces with watered down dressing. We all had specialty drinks and wine. Drinks prices are reasonable.

Came here thanks to a Groupon deal and what a pleasant surprise! The parking lot was empty(Sunday night dinner) outside of two other vehicles so that made us a little nervous, but not to fear! Our hibachi chef had some serious knife trick skills and put on a great show cooking our food. Portions were plentiful and delicious. Great meal and while it’s not exactly local for us, I would definitely come back again.

The night started off strong with some good tempura. The sushi was tasty. However, the night took a quick turn for the worst. My husband and I went here for a date. It turned out too be a lot of work. We were in the restaurant for over an hour. We waited forever for our appetizer, and a entrée. It just took FOREVER. Even our drinks took nearly 10 minutes to get to us. We were constantly having to track down our waitress. Not worth the wait!

This is my go-to place for sushi. The food is always fresh and delicious with staff that cares about their customers, what else can you ask for? My order was going to take 10 – 15 mins longer than expected so I was given a beer on the house while I waited. I wouldn’t expect this kindness every time my food is late, but it shows they treat their customers right! Overall, I suggest you go or call for take out and give them a shot!

The avocado salad is deliciuos and very refeshing and the sushi is delicious! The presentation was pretty. Everything looks very clean and the waitress was very attentive. I will be back to try the hibashi.

ugh… I knew better. Not horrible, just passable sushi. Place is kind of weird, sushi was fair at best — not the freshest. The complimentary app was the best part. Good service and friendly staff, but really«Happy Birthday» blasted 3X in a row and the back walls of the place plastered in birthday photos? What is this place — the Chucky Cheese of sushi? I will not go back nor can I recommend this place… sorry Fuji…

Very inconsistent. Last two times we have gone we have felt rushed for the table and yet there was no one waiting in the lobby and there were empty tables. We got our sushi apps after our meal had been half way served. The sushi was poor looking and tasted worse. We sent it back. The food was good but we waited for refills on drinks and have seen the restaurant much busier. So service is just not the same. Too bad because it is my families favorite place to dine. They did make up for the sushi with complimentary fried ice cream for my kids. It was a nice effort since I am a regular. I will go again just because my kids love hibachi and it is local.

The food is so good. Im finally now starting to try seafood in my life. I never eat anything that swims, tried something here, it was soo good i was so surprised. Oh and please try any and all BOMBAICECREAM!!! Everytime i come here i choose to sit in a different area. Its fun :) they have the sushi bar, the booth tables where u can close the sliding doors and dim the lights, the hibachi, and the full bar. Theres options. If your not satisfied talk to the manager hes so nice, and will listen!

Have gone here twice– First time was amazing, second was a little different. Upon sitting my sister and I both saw little bugs flying around the hibachi area and our table around the place mats. Killed the bug and ignored it since I don’t like making scenes at a restaurant. Ordered the Chicken and Steak with white rice. The whole cooking thing was fun and enjoyable! The Chicken & Steak were cooked exactly how I wanted BUT when I went to dump my bowl of white rice on my plate to eat with my other food there was another dead bug right at the top!!! Since I was with a large party, I simply moved the rice over and asked for a take out box. Would probably have to be CRAVING their food to go back anytime soon…

Consistent good quality food. I’ve had both the sushi and hibachi, and I’m always very satisfied. The sushi is creative enough on specials rolls, and they certainly nail the essentials to keep me coming back. The hibachi is always respectable and fun, and it can get quite busy on some nights.

— Sushi taste frozen. — Poor slow service. — Won’t come back I eat Sushi weekly and I’ve never had anything like this. Very slow service… The food runner was Also the bar tender(kinda odd). Didn’t get what I ordered. Try if you have to there are better places less than 10 mins away(Feng in Hundson).

Oishii and Oga’s have better sushi, but you can’t beat sitting around a Teppanyaki table for a good show, especially if not everyone wants sushi. The restaurant is also family friendly. My husband got the«Fuji Garden», a sushi entrée of the chef’s selections. It was good, but nothing was special about it. I had the Chicken Hibachi, which the chef cooks on the table. It was delicious, especially with the ginger sauce. If you asked us to pick one thing we did not like, it was the service. The staff didn’t know the difference between the Fuji Garden and the Sushi Deluxe, and they also had a number of other miscues. At the same time, the service wasn’t horrible, and the chef, in particular, was good at keeping everyone happy.

If you live near Samba in Framingham, don’t bother to go here. Very disorganized staff. We were a big group but they couldn’t even get water to us even after multiple requests. And boy did we need it because it was a very salty meal. I had the hibachi which was ok but salty, especially the vegetarian option. My daughter’s sirloin was better and the tofu portions looked generous. The tempura was appetizer size, though, not a meal at all. The drinks smelled strong(I didn’t get one) and the sushi looked ok but I have better closer to home so as I said, why bother? Oh, $ 40 off if it’s your birthday. That may be worth it for some people.

I would give this place a 1.5 if I could… Came here on a Friday with a couple girls I use to work with hoping for a fun/lively experience. The place was what I consider«dead» for a Friday night… they never at any point even had all of the hibachi tables full! As soon as we sat down all I could smell was fish… it was not the smell of bad fish but just way too overpowering. Our waitress was trying to rush us the entire time and our chef also rushed thru the meal prep. All during the cooking and the rest of the night all I could smell was a burnt grill smell which translated to my food tasting burnt. The food was gross. I don’t expect high quality food at a cheap hibachi but seriously… give me something that is beyond edible for $ 20 a meal… the steak was tough and not cooked medium rare. The fried rice had no flavor except the burnt grill flavor. The sushi roll I got was nothing fancy and did not taste like smoked salmon at all. She brought our check the second one of us finished eating and never offered dessert or drinks. The chef did hardly no tricks and did not interact with us at all. Sorry to the waitress that was trying to rush us out — for what reason i am not sure because there was NOONE waiting for our table– we ended up staying an hour after our meal just chit chatting(if there were people waiting we would’ve moved to the bar but since there wasn’t we decided to stay). During that time she Completely ignored us and never once offered us any drinks or dessert. I will stick to Sakura Tokyo in Worcester… such a shame because this place is so close to my apartment…
