We chose some beautiful dark laminate wood flooring for the entire remodel of our home. After we spent $ 4,400, we learned this product is complete garbage. Contrary to being advertised as «scratch resistant,» this flooring is very literally covered in scratches after just a year of use. We use pads on the feet of all our furniture and are careful — it is still a scratched up mess. Both Lumber Liquidators and the manufacturer have told us it’s not their problem, even though they advertise the product falsely. It is not durable and it definitely is not scratch resistant. I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing laminate flooring from this company. We will never shop there again.
