It’s in a neat place way back on the river. The deck is smallish but the traffic wasn’t busy. The food is served on paper plates with plastic spoons. The meals are simple smallish but did taste good Even though it wasn’t busy it was still slower than a normal restaurant. It wasn’t as friendly as I was hoping. The food is five and the ambiance is average for buying on a river. That said its a shallower part of the river so it’s mostly fishing boats. The marina itself does have some traffic and the parking may not be really close. All in all it’s a good place even though none of the features… Food and presentation etc were really top end

This little slice of heaven is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. It’s well-known to locals, who drive through the town to find it. The map with the Unilocal posting may be incorrect, so here are directions: Turn east(toward the river) at the north end of town on Oak Street. It will make a 90° turn to the north and become Second Street. Go to the end of the pavement(slowly, there are speed bumps!) and look for the Marine Landing sign at the intersection of Elm and Second. Turn east again and you will find a small parking lot, and a larger lot up the hill. The restaurant is down a paved path by a pole barn. The Landing is not open every day, so pay attention! Hours are Wednesday through Sunday 8 am until 2 pm for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is served Friday nights from 5 – 8 pm only. This is a little burger-and-breakfast place right on the water. All seating is on the outdoor deck. The trees are green, the water is crystal clear, and you can sometimes see eagles flying overhead. Ease back into your chair and soak up the sun and lazy ambiance of the river, canoes, and pontoon boats. The menu is limited, but tasty: pancakes, eggs, and waffles for breakfast, burgers and sandwiches for lunch. BBQ ribs on Friday nights. We have three months of summer delight here in the St. Croix Valley, so get to the Landing while you can! The memories will sustain you when you are shoveling a foot of snow and trying to start the car next winter.
