As a coffee lover, Starbucks is always the safe choice. And love their overall atmosphere and drink selections. But this branch has very weird vibe. The lady(morning shift) seems nice and rude at the same time.(My office is super close to this location, so I come here 3 times a week, so I get to see same staffs pretty often.) Again, they seem polite and kind, but they seem very unprofessional and rude at the same time. Tough to explain why. They messed up my coffee sometimes, never apologized. Sometimes they missed my drink, so I had to wait longer than others, but no sorry at all if I don’t point out. They have been charging my tall size refill cup grande for weeks, nobody apologized.(Partially my fault, didn’t know it is tall size.) They always smile and nice when they take orders. but after you pay, it seems like a different store. I know this sounds stupid, but it is hard to explain. Btw, this morning, they were panic becuz of a big order, which was 5 drinks.

Horrible service, dirty, stinky, also Starbucks doesn’t support our troops! I had a gift card is the only reason I went, never again gonna stick with coffee bean!

This is my go to Starbucks. Loved the fact I can use the mobile app and pre-order so things are ready to go when I walk in. Feel like a VIP! The Baristas are very nice and any mistake gets fixed immediately with a smile no questions asked. Parking is a little tight but nothing’s perfect.

I love this coffee shop. It has great vibes, the people are nice, there’s an outdoor patio and indoor tables and couches to sit on and relax/study. It is a perfect place!

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that will not let me use the restroom after I’ve downed a venti chai latte and venti iced water! I know you are closing — I immediately got up when you told me you are about to close but it’s stupid not to let me use the restroom before I leave! «It’s a security issue» they said. I used to work for a fast food restaurant, we didn’t kick out clients who need to use the restroom on their way out! Ridiculous!!!

This place specifically always makes my order wrong. What is with that? And of course, it’s my free one and I don’t notice the issue until after the fact. So lame.

Great service from a gentleman by the name or Ryan… At least I think that was his name. Totally lost the receipt but he was awesome! And I love Starbucks

Well they have«LOUIS/LOUIE» to thank for regarding this review. I go to this location everyday and I’ve never been dissrespacred like I was today by LOUIS he’s a barista with MAJORNASTYATTITUDE. Starbucks needs to screen these people they find off the street more before giving them a job. I will NOT be back and I will tell ALL of my friends and Colleagues not to as well until LOUIS or LOUIE or how ever he spells his name is FIRED or gets transferred to another location! We all have lots of choices when we shop but I’ll be damed if I’m giving my money to a business and getting treated like crap by your workers with NO manners.

Very slow service and they often mix up orders. The wait is terrible especially when you’re in a rush in the morning. The employees don’t seem focused and continually mess up orders and take their time.

Peter is the best manager at Starbucks! He is so friendly. Gets your order out quickly. I highly recommend coming to this location.

After avoiding the store for a while I decided to make it back, I been coming back for a few days now and all I have to say is WoW! Room is neat clean and has the warm feeling of a neighborhood Starbucks. staff is super friendly and attentive. I sent an email the district manager to let her know on the amazing 180 degree change of direction of the store. Great job guys!

This Starbucks is one of the best around this area, and the store manager Pete is extremely nice to all customers. My only problem is one of the baristas, Gabi, is very rude and sarcastic with the other customers.

There were gnats in the pastry case and when I asked for the restroom code I was told I could«only use it if I was really quick» because they needed to start deep cleaning. They don’t close for another two hours… definitely not the cleanest or friendliest location I’ve been to.

We have switched locations to come to this one as the staff is very friendly and Peter the store manager runs a great team. Thank you for always having a smile on your faces :) — Mr + Ms Chris

Ordered a Frapp and it came out tasting horrible. They remade it, adding more syrup and I asked them to add more ice because it was super watery. I ordered a frapp, not a chocolate milk. The barista got mad, threw the ice into the blender and threw the bucket into the sink. Got the updated frapp and it still tasted horrible.

I usually grin and bear this place since it’s so close to work, but today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The majority of baristas that I’ve seen working here over the last 11 months have been some of the most lazy, rude, unfriendly, and apathetic people I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m not sure if it’s due to the area or what, but every time I walk in there it just feels like stepping into a depression vacuum. This morning my tea had maybe three tiny ice cubes in it, which melted before my dry breakfast wrap was ready. Previously I’ve dealt with watery oatmeal, burnt food, and some of the longest wait times I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks. I used to work near the one on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks(whose line routinely ran out the door) but I was in and out of there faster than I was in Marina del Rey with maybe 6 people in line.

I spoke with«Pete», their store manager today. He informed me that this particular Starbucks location keeps«no lost and found for items customers may leave behind». He was extremely evasive and short tempered with me as I asked him further. Me: So what do you do with, say… I customer’s brand new IPhone 6 if they leave it behind?“ Manager Pete: We don’t keep it.“ Me: «so what becomes of it?» Manager Pete: «The customer comes back to get it». Me: «So how can your customer come back to get it if you don’t keep it there for them?» Manager Pete: «They come back for it that day.» Me: «but what if it isn’t that day. What if your customer only remembers he left it at your Starbucks the next day?» Manager Pete: «I’m on my lunch break. I don’t have time for this!» Me: «I’m sorry Pete — but I’m trying my best to track down my netbook computer — if my call is annoying you, please, just put someone else on the line…» Immature, non-obliging, disingenuous excuse for a manager at this location. My guess is they use the excuse of not wanting to be involved with their customers’ left behind items to divvy them up amongst management.

WOW! This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. It is a fine coffee store, everything you would expect from a Sbux. The staff is the worst! I am here on a Saturday. Maybe this is the D-list crew, not the Mon-Fri staff, but OMG, get it together! The little Asian girl at the register is a rude mess, unnecessarily loud and completely distracted in her own world. Even her co-workers were looking at her like wtf? when she was going on and on about«how many pumps for the whipped cream» when no one was ordering anything with whipped cream. I was standing there in front of her waiting to order a Clover Reserve — a simple black coffee — nothing fancy. Focus, girl! And then the guy making it forgot to put it up on the counter for me to pick up. Time is money. I popped in here during my work day. #nobodygottimeforthis I wound up taking care of a few things online and finished my coffee. Unfortunately, that same silly girl is still at the register. I asked her about refills — I had a, 50 cent refill recently at a store in Santa Monica. She obliged with a Pike, no clover Pike though like the Santa Monica store was so happy to do. In fact they introduced me to this $ 3.25 cup of coffee based on that refill. I have been ordering it ever since. When I put my cup on the counter, the girl rudely backed away from it and told me she couldn’t touch the Starbucks cup because it would be a health code violation. Girl, please. You need to go back to Starbucks training class. Clearly, you missed the hour they spent on common sense. As busy and behind schedule as I am right now, I just had to stop, get back online and write this review. This is a first for me. That’s how much of a disappointing experience I had here. And sweetheart, my cooties cup is staying on the table when I leave. #dealwithit

Every time(and literally mean every single time) I’ve come here, it takes longer than every other Starbucks I’ve gone to to order, get my iced coffee or tea, and food. I don’t know if it’s the manager or the baristas but they need to get their act together. Often in the mornings I’ll get a breakfast sandwich and drink, and almost always the person ringing me up gets the drink first and then has the food heated. I don’t hang out in Starbucks — I’m in and out, and I like efficiency. Yes perhaps I should find another Starbucks but this one is across the street from my home and convenient. So I’m taking to Unilocal to complain. I hope someone from corporate reads this…
