yay! I love this one! I love Panda Express, when I was pregnant with my son, I always ate Panda Express and I never got sick of it. Wonderful options.

My last effort, «Would you like a sample?»…“No, I’d like to order…” Well, I thought I would overcome some of the shortcomings by ordering a double order of tofu and eggplant and a third — three deal — with just plain rice. When I got home, I had three pieces of tofu in the double order — wonder what you get with one order… Sure, half or more of my dish was white rice(opting out of the fried rice and super greasy noodles)…I was asked if I wanted some egg rolls and declined and then the cashier asked me if I wanted to make some sort of charitable donation… I hope the other locations are not like this… Three mains and rice come out to one decent meal for someone who is not hungry…

I ordered a bowl of 2 items: honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The chicken was very rough and difficult to chew, so I think it had been sitting out there for awhile. I took it to go so couldn’t exchange it, even though if I were there, I would do so. Then, the honey walnut shrimp seemed a little stale too. Yikes! The only part of the experience was the good customer service. I came in around 3:00PM, so maybe that had a lot to do with the quality of the food today since Panda is always yummy.

Decent food but none of the people serving worse gloves. Even the woman who was chopping some meat on a cutting board right before she put in a customers box. eeekkk.

First time at this location and the food was not good compared to other locations. The food was cold and they are understaffed. They had only 3 people working during busy lunch hour and 1 was on a break so the line got pretty long.

Panda Express is by far my favorite place to eat, I’ve drove 3 hours one time just to eat at one(I know, I’m sort of an addict) since that was the closest to where I live. The type of work I do I travel all over the US, so I’ve visited many Panda Expresses. This one was not the best, but not the worst I’ve been to.(We came around 9:30pm, maybe that had something to do with it) I ordered my usual, chow mien & double sweet fire. I was unsure of the sweet fire when I saw it on display, it looked smushy and as if it had set there all day long, they’re wasn’t much left, just enough for a plate full. I didn’t say anything and went ahead and took it. Once I sat down and started to eat, it was terrible. Tasted exactly what it looked like. I then asked my husband to return it, he told the woman that served us that it was disgusting, she then asked if I wanted something else, he said no, we would like more sweet fire, she said they wasn’t making anymore. So he then told me,(who was not far away setting down), she then says that she can if I want to wait, so I said yes. I sat there and waited, my husband had already finished his food by the time it was done, so I got it to go and left. The fresh plate tasted so much better, not as much sauce as I wanted so when I got home I added the sauce they sell in stores used to make sweet fire, and it was pretty good. The place it’s self is very small, not many tables, and not much room for parking. The employees wasn’t rude, but they wasn’t friendly, they didn’t greet you when you walked in, nor ask if I would like a sample, or even apologize for the terrible sweet fire I was served. So an overall experience, I would rate this place 2 stars.

The food is so delicious & fresh. When they have new creations, they let you sample it with a toothpick: great service: try before you buy. Will come back for sure!

They close at 10:30. I arrived at 9:55 and the staff was speaking nothing but Spanish to each other. I asked how old their orange chicken was and they gave me a sample. It was hard as a rock. I’ve been eating at this location for LITERALLYNOEXAGGERATION20 years. with my very first girlfriend. These new employees think I don’t know better. I asked if they could make fresh chicken and they talked in Spanish then refused me. Now I’m at home eating rubbery chicken. But they know I will be back :(

I always loved this location to grab some Panda express. The line was out the door and of course when it was my turn for me and my friend… chow mein was gone. I told the server I wanted chow mein. Right away rude… I can’t take your order .you have to wait five minutes. I told her I would wait. I waited and the chow mein was fresh. And right away served others before my order plus the chow mein that I had been waiting for. I looked at the server like are you kidding .I waited and passes me up. Then I spoke up… I have been waiting. The second girl server says sorry but first server then whispers to her … and first server held another tray with something and gives me some smashed broccoli. Which I didn’t noticed until I got back to my place to eat. The first server gave me something that didn’t look right… I just didn’t eat my food. Then they start laughing. I didn’t find it funny to be served after waiting. I will not go back to this location if servers are going to play games with the food. I only gave one star because cashier only one not rude.

You know what you’re getting when you come to a Panda Express, but the food here is changed constantly and fresh stuff is always available when I am here. It’s no gourmet Chinese food, but always great for a quick meal!

They need more employees taking orders. There is always a long wait because the management does not provide adequate amount of assistance. Bad reflection on the ownership — it’s not the employees fault, they are doing the best they can with what limited help they have. PLEASEHIREMOREEMPLOYEES!!!

Consistently hot, fresh and delicious. You can’t beat the price for this level of quality. And the staff here is so friendly & helpful.

This is my favorite Panda Express to go to, because they are constantly busy so the food choices they have are constantly fresh. You can see the chefs in the back chopping up veggies and measuring out chicken if you stay and just watch the whole situation unfold! Service is fast and efficient, at least until you try to change your mind about what you want. then you get kind of a nasty attitude. Standard meal for me is 2-item combo, brown rice and chow mein as sides, with Teriyaki chicken and Surf N Turf. Medium Mountain Dew/pink lemonade combo.

Yeah. Pile up that pre-cooked Chinese food then rush it under the heat lamps or into the steam table. That way, after drowning everything in about two pounds of cheap, overcooked noodles, it will still radiate a modicum of heat so you can gouge your customers with your obscene prices. If I were a panda I’d sue for defamation.

This Panda Express has been here for years and I’ve even worked at this location and I could say that they take pride in cleaning and making customers happy. The food is always fresh and the line moves quickly even during the lunch and dinner rushes. The staff is friendly and efficient. They work hard to serve their customers accelerated mobility and accuracy. I order the 2 item combo with orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and chow mein noodles… it’s delicious and a few of my favorite. They give good portions. I never can eat the whole take out box full of food and end up saving it for the next feeding. I like ordering the panda bowls when I’m in a rush. It’s a small portion with your choice of either fried rice or chow mein noodles and an item. It’s filling and just the perfect mount of food to satisfy an appetite. Great spot for a moderately cheap meal.

My first visit to the Marina del Rey Panda Express came courtesy of the Perfect Storm: Hungry, a Sick Wife, Little Time, even Less Money, and desperately needing Asian food. If even one of those factors had been skewed slightly farther to the left or right, I probably wouldn’t have chosen to get a couple 2-entrée plates to go. But just like that George Clooney movie, the ship had set sail and there was no turning back once the Perfect Storm took me to Panda Express. Was it good«Chinese» food? Not really. Was it horrible«almost Chinese» food. No, not really either. Was it memorable or flavorful? No and No. It was convenient and it served its purpose of «get Asianesque food and take it home to my sick wife.» We tried some 2-item combos and a Chicken Egg Roll. The Chow Mein was notably better than the dry Fried Rice. For Entrees, we tried these: — Kung Pao Chicken — At least, it had some flavor. Nuts were«soft» and Chicken was almost hard. — String Bean Chicken Breast — Green Beans were average, Taste wasn’t — Broccoli Beef — The meat was alright; Broccoli was depressing & brown — Eggplant Tofu — Surprisingly ok eggplant, however, tofu was old. Of course, I didn’t expect a lot from Panda Express. You always get what you pay for. I really wish I hadn’t paid for this. Other locations may be better, but for me, the MDR Panda Express should rename their top seller from 2-entrée combo to 2-star combo.
