Marina Tower Apartments

This place is wonderful! I am a traveling nurse and this was perfect for the short term lease. It is also very flexible with a month to month as needed depending on my contract with work. Paul was amazing with setting everything up quickly and has made himself available for any problem or question I have. Very nice inside and convenient location to the beach and everything else. Would highly recommend!

I just moved into the Marina Tower for a short term rental. I am in Marina Del Rey from Minnesota for business, but wanted to enjoy the beach lifestyle while I was here.
The place is clean, safe and the neighbors are generally professionals who are very nice, quiet and helpful. The building manager, Paul, was easy to work with and went above and beyond to help me get settled. I was in need of a desk since I do a lot of work from home, and he was able to track one down for me, then had it in the unit the afternoon I moved in. The furnishings are very nice and up-​to-​date.
This place is only a 3 ½ block walk to the beach with great restaurants just a block or two away! I found this place an exceptional value for someone like myself who doesn’t like to use Air B&B, but also doesn’t like staying at hotels long term either. I leased a one bedroom and was surprised at the large size of the unit — plus, there are also two Juliette balconies! Did I say, it was only 3 ½ blocks to the beach??? I highly recommend this as a great alternative to a long term hotel rental.

I recently moved to LA and need an apartment in the Venice area. I was looking for a short lease to start with. Marina Tower is perfect for me and their staff is very helpful, especially Paul, nice and professional! Recommended!
