Lourdes does a good job. However, she was not there the last time we went and my son now has an uneven choppy mess of a cut. This place is also dirty and in need of a makeover. The toys had old hair clippings on them. Disgusting. Back to square one looking for a hair place for my child. Sigh.

We have always gone to Snip its and our last visit (9÷1÷2013) will be the last. The hair stylist, Salena, absolutely did a horrendous job on our son’s hair. Our son’s hair is now uneven in the front, has a gap in the back and is the shortest I have seen it since he was born. I feel terrible that he has to go out in public like this, but there is no way to repair it unless we shave his head.

As long as Lourdes cuts your kid’s hair, it will be OK. She does a great job almost every time. We tried someone else another day and she did a terrible job, so I always stick with Lourdes.
It’s not cheap so I think they should have more toys and better movies. I wish they could get a train set like they have in Pigtails and Crew Cuts, especially since they charge the same. Overall, this franchise could use some improvement.

Took my soon for his first haircut. They did a great job it was fast and it is obvious they know how to deal with squirmy kids. The lady automatically put hair aside for me and I got a certificate of his first haircut for his baby book.

We took our toddler in here a few weeks ago and the lady that cut his hair did a spectacular job. The key with our boy in situations like these (like all children I guess) is to keep him distracted while his hair is being cut and they do a good job of that here. Farrah cut his hair and she was very nice (not sure if I am spelling her name right). We would use this place again.
