SmartFix Screen Repair

Took my laptop to the Austell location off Austell by Publix. Nick the «proprietor looked at my laptop software issue& assured me he could fix it in a day or two. After several days, calls and trips from Smyrna to his Austell store he tells me I can go get it. When I get there he gives it to me to leave???
I put the laptop in the counter only to find it was still not functional! He once again told me he’d have the issue fixed. After a few more days O call to go get my machine & it turned on… I paid but once I got home I discover it Machine was wiped. I had none of my programs, he saved 0, the windows on my laptop he put on was in a Nita’s name. It was an outdated fraudulent copy of Windows 7 basic, after calls and attempts to resolve I requested my $$ back. I was livid I sent him msg from Microsoft Windows 7 «your copy of Windows 7 is a fraud» please go to website to purchase! Needless to say stay away from this place. Dishonest, fraudulent, Nick knows nothing about computers. Btw shortly after that the Austell store front closed & left. Go figure but beware.

Dropped my IPhone at the Falcons game. Cracked corner and screen. Dropped phone off and picked up one hour later with new screen. Fantastic. Bought a screen protector in case it happens again. Good fast professional.

Fast service and reasonable price, my screen got replace in 15 minute. Highly recommend !!!

They fix phones fast and do a good job. Very professional and affordable. I would recommend people to go there personally
