I have bought 2 printers from Printers Showcase. Scott was very helpful in guiding me through the process. The first printer I bought about 4 yrs ago is a Ricoh and is functioning well to this day. We just recently ordered and received 2 Kyocera all in one print, scan, copy machines and have been very happy with the product. The service is always friendly, positive and very professional. I recommend them to all of my friends, family and business associates.

I bought a Ricoh 411DN from these guys about 6 years ago. It ran like a top for the whole time and the pricing was very competitive. I finally wore it out and just bought a Ricoh 430DN and have had issues with it. Scott at Printer Showcase said «if you can’t get it resolved quickly, just let me know and I’ll ship you a new one». They did and this one is glitchy as well. Scott is sending another one. These people really stand behind their product. I am very happy with the service and the pricing. I haven’t had to pay any shipping and there was no argument. I highly recommend them!

Our non-​profit was looking for a new color laser printer that had to meet a certain number of requirements. We had been burned previously buying a printer off Amazon that didn’t meet our needs.
One of our vendors suggested Printer Showcase as it was near them (we are located in Austin, Texas). The folks at Printers Showcase are AMAZING! They did test printing and suggested a printer that met our needs and was in our budget.
The couple times I have had issues with the machine, I called them. My printer didn’t come with wireless but they suggested using a wireless router to act as my wireless point for the printer. It worked and saved me loads!
They also helped me troubleshoot some printing problems. I think I may need to talk to Ricoh (which I kind of dread), but the folks here are helpful and amazing.
We continue to buy our toner from them because they have great prices and amazing customer service.
