Ordered online and received a 2.5 hour delivery time. Stayed on hold for 10 minutes to cancel. Employee that finally answered the phone could not be understood and could have cared less. Heed the reviews here.

I ordered online and went to the store when it said it was ready, except it wasn’t. I waiting in the store 15min for the dinner box and when the order finally was ready it was wrong! The employees were loud and obnoxious and ignored most of the costumes waiting in the lobby. I wouldn’t order at this location again.

BADBADANDWORSE. I ignored the reviews I saw of this place before I ordered… Let me just tell you… DONOTIGNORE these reviews. First, the employees,(I spoke with 4 different ignorant ones– 1 manager, one very unsure cashier, and 2 that worked in the back that gave me two inconsistent stories on why my order was wrong TWICE, after I already received the wrong order TWICE.) I am giving this place NO stars. In fact –3 stars… A Z on the alphabet scale. They would’ve gotten A ONE star, had they had my order right after they got it wrong first… 1. You can’t even speak to the place bc they don’t answer the phone, it was literally ringing off the hook and no one was answering as I watched, I called as I was waiting on my SECONDWRONG order and literally they looked at it, didn’t pick it up, just stood there 2. As I was on the phone calling the place, I asked –what is the real number to this place?- their answer being oh it’s 7705095858… The number I was calling. I said so why didn’t you answer? They said oh our lines must have been all busy when you called. I said I AMONTHEPHONENOW. And he just stood there dumbfounded(the unsure cashier).(2 phones were ringing, 3 people were up front. Such BS…) 3. I left with UNCOOKED toppings on my pizza and grease filled wings. They offered me a little pasta to satiate my unhappiness. Needless to say I am SOPISSED with this place. Don’t know why it exists. Literally the worst.(BTW there were 9 other take out orders coming in as I was waiting over 40 mins for a 10 min order, 5⁄9 were VERY wrong, 2 people left without food.) SHUTTHISPLACEDOWN… For ****‘s sake.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in marietta hands down. The employees can’t handle even moderately busy business, and it’s run a manager who’s so incompetent and rude that she shouldn’t be employed anywhere. I know because I worked for her… The food is inconsistent at best, and once I waited over 2 hrs for delivery. They still wouldn’t give me more than $ 5 off. Steer clear if you have to.

We have used this location for delivery for years. However, in the last few months, I don’t know if they had a manager change or what, but the service is awful. I would have given them a zero if I could. 2 times in the last 5 orders they left off the dessert item we ordered and paid for. When I called to see if we could get them free on the next order, the employee and then the manager were so uncooperative, like we were asking for something special, instead of the order we paid for and didn’t get. I finally got them to agree to give us free dessert(by pulling teeth) on the next order, but never got re-reimbursed or a free dessert on the second. Then, the last time we ordered, for some reason my credit card didn’t go through(I had money in the account so not sure what happened there). After an hour and no delivery I was told that it was declined and they don’t call the customer when that happens. I guess you just find out when you are starving and don’t get your order. I said I will never order from this location again! There is another location that delivers in my area, but it won’t let me select that one online, I have to call it in. So I wish they would fix that online. if there is more than one location that delivers to your address, but for now I will gladly call. Do not use the Roswell Road location!!,

As I stated in my previous review going during the daytime is best for this location well twice I should’ve followed my own advice… twice. The last 2 times I’ve gone to this location the lobby has been closed earlier than the hours stated on the website. So when I got there by 11 on a saturday I caught an employee as they were leaving for a delivery and they let me into the store. The cashier was like the lobby closes at 11… well online it says midnight… Change the time online or stay open to the correct time. So the same thing happened on a tuesday… The hours online say the lobby closes at 11pm… the doors were already locked at 10:45. Again Change the time online or stay open to the correct time. But there’s no need to put up with this type of guessing game… I can go to Marcos down the street and they actually stay open to the time it states on their website…

The first time we ordered delivery from here, they brought us the wrong pizza TWICE. On the second(and LAST) time, the girl answering the phone was so rude that we decided Papa John’s was a better dinner choice. I asked Ms Rudeness to speak to her manager, waited 7 minutes on hold to do so, and made sure he knew he was loosing business because of her. He was willing to ‘make it right’ but we’d already decided against. So… If you happed to get the rude little witch on the phone and really want Pizza Hut, side step her immediately for management — otherwise try one of the HUNDREDS of other pizza places for dinner less the major additude.

Wow, the service at this Pizza Hut location is LACKING. I swear I just talked to some guy who didn’t have a clue what he was doing… I couldn’t even tell you his name, I don’t think he said his name actually! I sure hope my pizza is good!
