big fan of the cheesesteaks until one week the cheesesteaks we ordered were so dry I wondered if they bothered to put sauce on them. there is also no phone service inside and I think at least wifi would be a good idea. other than that the food is good and unique and the employees are friendly.
the texting system of offers and beat the clock deal is a great way to get people in and it works.

This freaking place. Never. Ever. Gets your order right. Jesus Christ. The last time I ordered 2 cheesesteak Strombolis I got 2 cheesesteak sandwiches and this time I asked for ranch dressing 3 GD times (Bc I knew they would forget) and I got none. I mean… I ordered 2 things and asked for ranch and they forgot. It’s not like I ordered 10 different things. Boo hoo, I know. Just don’t feel like a simple order like that should be effed up. Maybe once, but it’s constant with these people. Their food is decent, but I’m done. Good luck Parma. You’re dead to me.
All the pizza shops in Marietta are terrible for one reason or another.

asked if i could have half wing drums and the other half flats they siad no what ever get poured out is what i got i had all flats mostly i like the drums better 14 dollors for 16 mild sauce was too hot. chicken small grilled salad 5.50 nothing on it what a rip… small bits of chicken pickles which i took off hot peppers which i removed the wings were far too hot for being mild as i ordered them the service was great who knows if ill return also the is a small selection of the stuff pizzaunlike grantly road in york pa i guess because of the small area they are at

Parma makes a decent pizza, not great, but decent. Unfortunately they completely lack in customer service. On more than one occasion they messed up our order. My husband always orders extra sauce and gladly pays for it. The fourth time they forgot (after my husband specifically asked if it was in the box, which the manager replied he put it in himself,) my husband called Parma to complain. Besides that not being correct my husband had asked they not sauce the wings. The manager stated we could drive back up to get the extra pizza sauce and to get new wings. Sorry, I just waited how long for your subpar pizza, which was already getting cold. Why would I drive all the way back to their store for pizza sauce & wings and allow the rest of our meal to get cold? We asked for a credit, which the manager refused. He said the only compensation would be if we came in at that moment. After continuing to make excuses and not apologize my husband told him we would not be back, and we haven’t. It has been at least 6 months since this experience. We take our business to more responsible and responsive pizza businesses in the area. Maybe Parma’s managers need to get their act together and they won’t continue to lose business.

My wife and I stopped their after a bicycle ride for lunch. We decided to try two of their daily specials. We got the 2 cheese slice’s of pizza and the small cheese steak with French fries and drinks are also included. Both specials tasted good and prices reasonable. Employees were very pleasant. We will go back again.

Get the stuffed pizza! Very filling & tasty, $ 4.99 /​slice though. 1 slice will do the job!

Truly meh. It was a bit dirty and really not warm or friendly. The pizza was MEH at best, and really just made me want GOOD pizza somewhere else. Not awful, just nothing impressive… at all.

Great, local pizza shop food with good prices. The setup is pretty simple, with a room in the back with larger tables and a few smaller tables toward the front of the shop. They have both soda’s to go or a draft soda machine inside. They are usually pretty good that if your order is taking extra long they’ll offer a complementary drink while you wait. They have pick-​up, delivery, and eat-​in available.
Right now, on Monday’s, you can get all you can eat wings or cheese slices for $ 7.99.
Delivery does take a little long, as I called the other day and 2 pizzas took an hour, but that was my first delivery from them.

Last night we went into Parma Pizza & Grille for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised! As soon as we walked in the door we were treated like family! We ordered the Pizza/​Wings special. The pizza is as close as NY Style pizza as you can get! The wings are huge and cooked just right! Funny thing is we didn’t even know this place was here until we got a coupon in the mail! This is the best food hands down in Marietta, Pa!

on a recent edition of the lancaster clipper magazine there was a coupon for parma so decided to order pizza and subs from here last night. ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and two large italian subs — bill came to $ 29 which seemed a little high but ok. when the food arrived, about 50 minutes later i tipped the driver and settled in to eat some dinner.
you know that moment when you open the pizza box and you expect utter glory and instead find the most dismally depressing slop you could ever get? that’s what happened to me last night. i kid you not ¾ of the cheese had slid off the pizza into the corners of the box and there was even a thick layer of cheese on the inside lid of the box. what the??? really it’s not rocket science folks… keep the pizza in a flat position with the lid of the box facing up and there shouldn’t be any problems. my poor pizza looked like the driver had plunged off chickies rock, done several 360s and landed hood down in the mighty susquehanna.
i would have called to complain and/​or taken pictures to document save for the fact that i was starving and my kid was screaming bloody murder. so yeah i got that going for me.
on the plus side the italian subs were pretty darn delish. however, based on the pizza experience we won’t be ordering from here again! apparently the change in management that was so heavily advertised on the cover of the clipper was not a change for the better.

Love their pizza! Their BBQ wings are amazing and their onion rings are addicting. Will always be loyal here.
