McDonald’s

When someone asks for an egg and cheese mcmuffin with NO MEAT and you put ham on it on 3 separate occasions it shows that 1 you either have a hearing problem or 2 you just don’t give a damn. I think it’s 2. Every time my coworkers and I have had this McDonald’s the order has been screwed up somehow… I don’t really care for their food anyway so that was the last straw for me.

Okay, now normally I wouldn’t be so picky and because it is McDonalds my expectations were already low. That being said, I was deeply disappointed in the drive through service! My fiancé pulled through the drive through last Thursday and ordered me a mc double meal only mustard and pickles with a side of Big Mac sauce and a sweet tea (the same thing I have gotten for the last two years). The man working the drive through told him that they don’t sell a mc double meal, just the sandwich. Wtf? Yes you do… Anyway, he let it slide and ordered just the sandwich, sauce and tea figuring he would just give me his fries. Upon his return we searched through the bag and they forgot the side of Mac sauce that they charged us for as well. At this time I called the manager to discuss the issues and all he said was that his drive through clerk should have known about the mc double meal seeing as how he had been working there for years. Offered me an apology but didn’t try to rectify the issues at hand. All of this, I was ready to let go. Then it came time to eat my burger (the only thing left in my order). The ticket on the outside said only mustard only pickle. Low and behold, I open the burger to check it and it’s the exact opposite of what I ordered. Only ketchup and onions. The smell of warm ketchup makes me sick and I absolutely can not eat onions. Seriously guys? The damn ticket attached to the burger was correct, how could you screw that up? And this is what you are demanding $ 15 an hour for? To consistently screw up my food orders? To simply not care enough to read a food order ticket? Why is it so hard to put the right food in a bag or to know your menu? I have worked in the food service industry before and prior to starting as a waitress we were required to pass a highly detailed menu test. We had to know what ingredients were in every sauce, what spices were in the herb mix and everything we offered on the current menu with weekly and monthly specials included. For all of this, I made $ 2.25 an hour and had to rely on tips. And you want to tell me that you deserve $ 15 an hour with no education, no experience and barely scraping by with the minimum requirements of your job? Please! Just stop!

Never Again!!! Ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes this morning…10/19/2015…Hotcakes were cold… Biscuit was hard as a rock… Potato cake was over-salted…Eggs were over-cooked…McD’s has gone to hell… They used to be good… What happened??? Their Breakfast menu was the only thing that was any good and now that totally SUCKS just like their burgers… So, goodbye McD’s…

This is not the first time I have not been happy with this McDonald’s. Firstly, the cashier didn’t utter one word to me. Not hello, my total, thank you… Just silence. My mcflurrys weren’t mixed (they never are at this location) my large fries was half full and no sauces that I asked for. I would understand if this was a once off thing. I don’t go to McDonald’s very often, but every time I do, there is something wrong with my order.

THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. RON THE MANAGER MAKES MISTAKES THAT HAPPENS BUT NOT HIS NEGATIVE ATTITUDE AND SMART LIP TO A LOYAL CONSUMER. I paid for a large fry and cheeseburger. I have a 9 month old, 3 yo little girl. I go through the drive thru to get food before my wife goes and works at a church basketball league she runs. Get home give my child a bath set him up to eat and grab my food. I open the bag and realize that it’s not the meal I got charged for. So I call up and RON THE MANAGER tell me «I can’t do anything for you unless you drive back up here». I told him my situation and tells me he can’t do anything. So I go that is ok I can come up tomorrow morning and get a refund once my wife gets home. He all the sudden puts me on hold for five mins and tells me to get my cc all the sudden he can fix it. So I wait and he says your .89 cents in returned thinking that was my issue. It’s obviously the money won’t make a difference, but the Blanton disregard to me for my inconvenience. To make problems worse he slams the phone on me when I ask for his general managers name. I know it’s a small thing but his attitude for the people paying is salary is pathetic. This kid needs to learn respect for his customers or find a new job!

I’ve never heard of a mcdonald’s that is not 24 hrs. like seriously. this mcdonald’s closes at midnight. given the non-​existent night life for the area it’s located in, I can understand why. but still?! the only option for late night bites if you’re in the 30 068/​lower roswell rd/​johnson ferry rd area would be a snack from the 24 hr cvs or the waffle house right next to it. that’s pretty sad.
this micky d’s is one of the locations that’s infamous for not filling the fries fully. the fries are super salted at this location as well. it’s like. they train their employees to bump into the salt bucket and knock it over intentionally.

Avoid if you have an option. If not, triple check your order if you get anything there to go. 9 out of 10 times I’ve ordered something to go, they’ve left something out. Whether its something small such as a straw for your drink, or part of your actual order, there’s almost always something missing or wrong. I think having ADHD must be a prerequisite to be hired there. The food itself though is as good (or bad) as any other McDonalds.

Great redesign with double lanes for a drive through. Surprisingly small interior space… Also kinda shocking they didn’t incorporate the new coke machines. Food is standard McDonald’s. Quality is improving, but not really a foodie place…

So … I write a review, then they tear it down??? Can’t wait to see what the new one will look like!
