Lynn’s Nails

It was fine for the price — $ 31 for mani pedi. But it was not the best. Maybe they were understaffed but it took an hour and a half for 3 of us to get mani/​pedis. I’m not confident that the tools used were sanitized. Couldn’t find any certificate of inspection (or whatever it’s called). Hope I don’t get a staph infection. There wasn’t really much of a massage or anything. Just nail clean up and paint. Don’t know why it took so long. Probably won’t go back. Don’t know why they were highly rated online.
Edit: After 5 days, my manicure is chipped and you can see where it’s cracking. Pedi is fine.

Hands down THE BEST nail salon in East Cobb. They are consistent in the quality of work that they do, whether it be nails or eyebrow waxing. The salon chairs are always clean and everything is always sanitized.

The owner SUCKS! He has poor customer service skills and he does a horrible job on nails. I read the reviews and decided to try them out. I went on a Sunday to get gel nails and by Tuesday my nails were peeling and had numerous bubbles on them. He already had to redo two them for the same reason before I left and I still gave him a 22% tip. I called them on Tuesday morning and informed them of what happened the woman on the phone said no problem they will redo. So, I scheduled to come after work. I got there and was told I would need to go to their other location because the owner was not there and if I did not go where he was I would have to pay for my nails again. WTF! I told them No Way. Either someone here can do it because there was two nail techs who did not have clients or give my money back, now. Finally, the one gracious nail tech who had just finish someone else nails spoke and said she would do them and apologize that I had to come back. The owner informed them he will not pay her for redoing my nails. That is why none of 3 other nail techs in the salon we do them. Even the one other customer offered for them stop doing her nails to correct mine. Wow, customers have to informed you how to make a wrong right. This place is the Worst.

Every time my daughter and I visit my sister here in Marietta we go to Lynn nails. We love it. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The added bonus is the nice foot and calf message. There is no other place that we ‘ve gone to that offer such a nice message. And the polish last a good long time.
