The same thing happened to us, Brian, and we certainly didn’t threaten you with a poor review nor did we name any price. My fiancé made an appointment to get a quote for quite a few different things we want to do. Brian explained things, made suggestions that were great ideas, and by the time he left, we were feeling really good about his ability and his work ethic. He does have tons of great ratings, so why would we even question that. Fast forward to today, a month later, and now you have tons of pictures inside our home of our private things on your iPad, and you won’t even call us back after promising an estimate within the next day or two… we’ve left multiple messages and nothing. That’s just unprofessional, inappropriate, and bad business all around… not to mention creepy. I’m curious to see what the rationale is for us since we didn’t act anything like the other review you blamed on the customer.

Very Unprofessional. Brian Duncan came out on Monday, looked over the jobs to be accomplished(took photos, but no measurements), and said he would have a quote to us on Wednesday. No response. Called and left him a voice mail on Saturday. Still no response. Several weeks have passed. .. and no response. This behavior is unacceptable. And we got his name through a service Home Depot offers!
