Nice to see a dealer stand by their service. I will be back.

What a Great Dealership to be a part of the Harley-Davidson and Communal experience. Turn Key Dealership with a staff that makes you feel welcome right when you walk in to the store. The Sales team goes out of there way to make you feel welcome and is super knowledgeable of the Harley Davidson products they sell. You have to checkout the crew in the Parts and Service Departments; They go above and beyond with whatever your Harley needs are…

The folks in Hellbender’s service department are highly professional, prompt, and very accommodating. Harley-Davidsons are certainly not inexpensive to service, but I have also found Hellbender to be very reasonably priced. Jason, Denise, and Nancy, not to mention all of the techs and the rest of the folks who work in the service department, do an outstanding job taking care of your pride and joy and making you feel welcome. Their attention to detail is commendable. I highly recommend them!

I’m not a Harley rider, but I love their clothes and boots. There is definitely a few flaws at the store as far as customer service. I’ve been once and never got greeted and actually walked around with my son for 30 minutes shopping in Motorclothes before anyone even attempted to come ask if we needed help and it wasn’t like the store was busy because there was plenty of sales people standing or sitting around. At that point we were done shopping, but I will say if my purchase had depended on being helped I would have not purchased the items that day. However, on a different day I went in to pick up a pair of boots I had ordered and Hannah was extremely nice. She even helped my friend pick out a pair of sunglasses while I tried on the boots. So I would say it’s definitely a hit or miss on the customer service aspect when it comes to in-store purchases. Again, not sure about if I was to purchase a bike how customer service would be, but just the whole atmosphere needs customer service work. I will say I have inquired about the New Rider Class and received helpful information from Jeff and Lee so it’s not all the workers that need customer service classes, just some.

Dear Hellbender Harley Shop, I cant thank you enough for fulfilling a childhood dream! I always wanted to be invisible!!! Your non-existent sales team fulfilled that… The blonde woman at the door spoke to us twice… NOBODY else could be bothered… We were looking to drop a couple hundred on cool travel shirts, however I refuse to advertise your pitiful excuse for a company… Your sister store in Cartersville is no better… You could all learn a lesson from the Thunder Creek ppl… , sincerely, Cool Biker Chic…

I went out if my way to find this location. I’m out here on business and I always get shirts and stuff when traveling. I didn’t feel welcome or wanted in this place. Even after making eye contact with a staff member I still wasn’t greeted. One guy walked right past me and didn’t say a word although he looked at me. I don’t want to assume why they ignored me but I will tell you that they will not get my business or any recommendations from me. This is the first Harley Dealership I have ever left without spending money(my wife would be so proud of me) I normally drop at least a $ 100 or more. Thanks for letting me save money on this trip you snobbish creatures. The fact that your team is so rude and inattentive is a direct reflection of the leadership in this establishment. How can you walk past someone and not speak? Did I mention when I walked in there were two gentlemen by the front door which saw me come in and continued there conversation as if they were talking with a customer and not one acknowledged the fact I just entered your dealership. If I was there to buy a motorcycle you would have never known because you did nothing to find out how or if you could help. If ever in the Riverside CA area please stop by our dealership so you can see how customer service and expereince is DONE the right way!

From Sales to servie to Motorclothes to parts these guys are the best to work with in the area. I bought my bike from them, and they have been there to help me keep it up, with assistance and advice on small jobsi I’ve attempted myselt, to Chris handling all my major service issues. They are friendly, and helpful and Eddie in parts is the best, Hannah and Kim in motorclothes are also most helpful and fun to work with. This is where i do most of my Harley Business in the ATL.

On a recent visit to the Smyrna showroom to shop for a bike. I was ignored for 20 minutes while 3 salesmen were in conversation with another customer. They were very nonchalant about it and not customer friendly. They were actually almost rude without being aware of it.(possibly). The used bike showroom was closed and they were short staffed so we had to wait for someone to go down and open it up. We ended up going in the back of the building and looking at bikes with limited visibility. I won’t visit again.
