Worst experience, terrible food! I am from NY and will go to Panera any day over this place. Bagels here are mediocre. Pastries were nasty, stale, and tasteless. 2 people wrote down my egg sandwich order but both sandwiches were wrong. How hard is it to put 2 eggs, cheese and ketchup on an everything bagel? The same order but yet they came out different! One sandwich got only 1 egg and neither got cheese! So tired of going out to places these days and spending money and they can’t get the orders right and even worse the quality is crappy! I would have been so much better off going to chick fil a… the order would have been right, would have tasted better, and I would have dealt with pleasant, higher caliber people!

This is our second visit and I again had the Breakfast Burger, this time on an Asiago Cheese instead of the Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel(the latter being too spicy to repeat). On our first visit my wife had an omelette, sliced tomatoes, and a whole grain bagel. This time she had a salad and a bowl of chili and found the chili decent. Their bagels and cream cheese is excellent. The Breakfast Burger is quite good and very filling. The steak fries are okay, but could be crispier. Service was top notch, even on this second visit that had a big crowd and a line waiting for tables. Our wait wasn’t long, and the line moves pretty fast. The only downside is it’s a bit expensive(running $ 15 to $ 20 per person). But I’m looking forward to exploring their extensive menu that is surprisingly varied for a «bagel» shop.

We love Goldberg’s! My family and I have been coming here for years. I always get the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, potato latkes, and a bagel. Only $ 7.99. Also the staff is so nice and serves you quickly. Highly recommend.

Excellent low key deli/restaurant. Came for lunch on a Saturday, good prices for great portions. BLT is the way to go, it’s triple layered. Hubby ordered California Reuben and loved it. Free wifi too!

An absolute perfect example of a well run business. The staff are always super friendly and greet you with a smile throughout your whole dining experience. The food is always super fresh and tags yes fantastic. Consistency is key here too, the place is kept immaculately clean and the food is as good as day one when they opened. Highly recommend this deli!

Bagels and potato latkes were excellent. Georgia Reuben was also very good. There was decent service for such a crowded time of day(Sunday afternoon). The Reuben spring rolls were a good appetizer for a group of six people, with each person getting one.

Love the manager, Jim! Always visible, ensuring things are running smoothly. Food is always fresh and bagels are nice and light.

Good, solid breakfast place. Staff is extremely friendly and bagels are good. I’ve eaten in twice. The first time I got eggs with lox scrambled in — so salty I couldn’t eat it. This last time I got oatmeal(I know, go to a bagel place and get oatmeal), it was very good — real, slow cooked oatmeal.

This restaurant is my favorite place to go with family or friends every weekend. I’ve taken to coming and ordering«a usual». I look forward to the day that they know my face and order ha ha! Pros: — Good variety of food. — kids like Icee selection — The chicken noodle soup is great! I love ordering it for my usual. — Blueberry bagels are amazing and so are the rest! — Service is almost always friendly and when needed. — Air conditioning is good, but bring a sweater. — Fast to go ordering. — Has TVs with the news playing. — Interior feels spacious and comfortable. Cons: — A tad pricey, but the food is good so… — Lots of families, so noisy little kids sometimes disturb the quiet. So not the best place to go work. Truth be told it isn’t quiet ever. — Crowded especially on Sundays, but there is take out if you don’t want to wait.

Bagels, omelettes, pancakes. A little pricey, no biscuits. Well staffed, very efficient. This is just not my cup of tea. I wanted more of a country breakfast, but bagels only, no biscuits. Consequently, there is no gravy either. We were confused about ordering, because we thought we were supposed to order at the counter instead of at the table. The restaurant was very well staffed and there was plenty of help. Not outrageously priced, but more than I felt it was worth. Maybe the lunch selections are better.

This is the best breakfast place in town. I go here no matter what weather is like or where I am with my granddaughter. It is soooo good. If breakfast is your favorite meal come on down to Goldbergs. Our server Melissa was great!

My honey and I joined some running buddies here after a race at Johnson Ferry Baptist for breakfast. They were incredibly busy, with most of the traffic coming from the race. My one other time here was same time last year after the race. It’s located in same shopping complex as Big Peach Running, on the end. Parking is kind of tight and the place looks small from the outside, but surprisingly has over 20+ tables inside. They also have ledge seating, and plenty of options. There’s a separate dining area for table service, and a walk in line for carry out. We were seated at a 4 top but squeezed 6 runners in comfortably. Our waitress was friendly and witty, very quick on her feet. I started with coffee and enjoyed it, nothing exceptional about it but it satisfied me. My honey, for the first time in her life, tried sweet tea and loved it. I had a sip and it was good, not too sugary. That’s a good sign for them! We both ordered the everything bagel and lox. It was what I expected as well, and salmon tasted fresh. I really liked the pickle that came with it. Food came pretty fast for being so busy, which was a plus. All in all, everything met expectations. I’d come back here again if I was in the area.

Good Eastern European style Breakfast. My wife and I dined here last Sunday before going over and seeing the new Grandkids one more time before leaving Marietta. This is a good deli very much like you would find in NY. My wife had Oatmeal with a side of fruit while I have Blintzes along with Potato Latkes. Blintzes were very good although very small at the same time. The Latkes were good although a lot heavier or denser than I normally get. Service was very good and the restaurant is very clean. It’s OK but not outstanding but I would go again at some point in the futrue.

Came for Sunday brunch for a first visit and I have to say, this place was awesome! The portions are HUGE, but the flavor and quality are there too. Try the omelettes and grits with a Blueberry bagel… wow! The service is top notch too! You won’t be disappointed… unless you skip coming here.

Complacent consumers in well to do areas allow the company to justify out of control pricing. I’ve been going to Goldbergs since they had 1 location, I should also note that this is the first time I’ve returned since my last experience. Prices have increased everywhere, but they REALLY have increased here. Think 30 percent, 40 and 50 percent on some items. Waitress took 20 minutes to take order. Long waits… Same waitress as last time. Food was undercooked, waitress rushed food after I mentioned to her how long it took to get our order in. This place used to give you incredible value for your money, greed has taken over sadly. Service has suffered as well… plummeted, and a smile or handshake is seen as a substitute for the ability to do one’s job in a swift and orderly fashion. The truth is that there’s not many options for breakfast around here and east cobbers are the Georgia bastion of snobbery, they will pay it because they have dispensible income, or don’t remember how good it used to be. The food for the most part is the same quality when it’s properly cooked. This sadly is it for me Goldbergs, I’ll remember the good times when patti was still serving tables and your greed/head wasn’t as big.

LOVETHISPLACE! Great for breakfast and just give me a poppy seed bagel which I can make it through the most boring legal brief! Just wish they had a closer location to Canton or Woodstock, I drive 30 min away just to spend a hour here once a week just to get my Dr. Brown Black Cherry Soda and eggs, home fries and great BAGELS!

So very close to giving five stars, so please consider this 4.5÷5. Visited for brunch during my last trip to the area and left extremely pleased. The food was outstanding and the service was ideal. Frankly, the only reason they didn’t earn that elusive last star(or half-star, really) from me is they’re victims of their own success — the wait time for a table was rather substantial for me and I hate waiting! I would definitely recommend not arriving at peak meal hours. Now, for the delicious food — each of my dining partners really enjoyed theirs, but I’ll only speak to my own. I built my own omelette, ordering corned beef, cream cheese, onion and tomato. It was phenomenal. Their corned beef is extremely high quality, flavorful and tender. I had a hunch that given it also operates as a deli it might be good, but it exceeded my expectations. Most breakfast entrees also come with the option of ordering a bagel as well, and I ordered the garlic bagel that, while giving me dragon breath, was extremely tasty with cream cheese. I had to get rolled out of there because I was so full, but it was a very worthwhile food coma. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll make a point of returning for sure.

I love this place. A little bit pricey but well worth it. Delicious! The nova on a bagel is excellent. The corned beef on rye is moist and flavorful. The Cole slaw is… Strange though. Maybe just a bad batch but it tasted old. Potato salad has a lot of mayo. Stick with the chips. Safe bet.
