G&T Movers are NIGHTMARE! I waited all day for them to show up. After they came and loaded the truck(They had rented from U-Haul) it took them 2 trips. #1 because the truck they had was too small. They were told they would be moving a large one BR. # guys moved me and complained about the steps inside my home and, that they could not get the bed and dresser upstairs! They managed to damage and chip my furniture. I have a large glass showcase and, they managed to bust the glass in it due to careless handling. «Mr. G» did pay for the replacement and then asked me to call his contract people to give a «good report so he will not lose his contract» Too BAD! I called once but was not calling a second time. The guys he has working for him are careless and, do not care if they damage your furniture. DONOTUSETHEM. I was told he would take AMX and at the last minute he wanted cash. He was not getting cash. I had to dispute the 90.00 deposit on AMX with these clowns.
No X.

The WORST moving experience ever. The guy in charge of The G and T Express movers liked to be called ‘Mr.’ Gee specifically. I found his information on craigslist for a short notice move. He ‘sounds’ very professional, nice and trustworthy with your moving needs, but in fact, lies and changes his words completely. He would ask you to find his reviews on some dummy website which only has his photos and no reviews. I wasn’t able to find any reviews online so here’s my first one. We found his information on craigslist for a short-notice long distance. He said he would charge $ 100/hr and then quoted me a flat rate price of $ 1300 for the list of things being moved + 20 additional items for the entire time of the move. He claimed that he has great reviews and will be there on time and will load, unload, drive and disassemble/assemble items. When the movers started loading items, it took them nearly 3 – 3.5 hrs just to load(and we had limited items), because they were counting each item although we had decided on the flat rate. And said they were instructed to do so. They stopped for a lunch break on the way and when they arrived at the final destination, they did not open the truck door and said would need money right away and said they only had one hour remaining — which came as a huge surprise considering it was a flat rate move. We started to unload ourselves with the help of neighbors and were done in 45 minutes. With 15 minutes remaining, they did not assemble any beds and only later to find out that one of the bed frames was broken. Beware shopper and stay away from using their service. Totally lied and changed words at the last minute! NOTRECOMMENDED!!!
