Firehouse Subs

Firehouse isn’t my favorite sandwich place but stopped here with a friend who wanted to try it. Their sauces are terrible. the service wasn’t that good either. Subway is right across the street. I’ll keep going there

Let me start off by saying. I am a shift leader at the North Marietta Parkway location so I know how firehouse works. Firehouse offers a free medium sub on your bday, well we just recently changed over to a «rewards program» as of 8÷2÷15, the owner of my location STILL lets people get their free bday sub because the rewards program is so new and many customers don’t know about it.
Well my stepdads bday was ⁸⁄₃ (a day after the rewards program started) & he went into this Dallas highway location & they wouldn’t allow him to get his bday sandwich. Which is so ridiculous. The owner and management at my store care about our customers because that’s how WE get paid, customers. But this location clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

This location has always been so friendly, and the sandwiches are consistently great. They pushed it over the top today when I called in a to go order, and by the time I got there the baby had fallen asleep in the car. I called back, and Mike was sooo kind he brought my food out to the car for me!

Yesterday 09÷08÷14 I got a call from the lady at the front desk as the Re/​Max office I work at. She said that Firehouse subs just opened a new location and they gave out free lunch vouchers for today between certain times. I unfortunately was not able to make it… but when I came in today 09÷09÷14 someone said they were still honoring so I said OKAY! Well ladies and gentlemen, they did not. I can not really be mad, but honestly it is a little disappointing. I mean, seriously? You guys literally just opened! I mean literally just opened, like you do not even have a Unilocal for your business, I ADDED IT! It is whatever though. I was there so I got something for later. The location is kinda bad. You can only see it from driving on one side of the road. I was kinda mad about that because I drove by it twice… As always it was expensive (another reason why I was upset that they did not accept my voucher), but again my fault. The food was fine, and they were very friendly when I came it; a different version of the Firehouse in Hiram that I generally go to (and by generally I mean twice, because again, THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE!). The manager was very nice, took my order. It seemed like everyone there was trained properly. I probably will not go back though. It really upset me that they would not accept it, even if I was a day late. You are a new business and want to make members of the community aware that, «Hey we are here,» but you can not assist someone who was one day too late. Did I say that the manager took my order? I was a manager at Five Guys for two years. I know how the system works. It is not a matter of money, it is a matter of customer satisfaction. My pocket was very dissatisfied… oh well. One more Review to my Unilocal,one less location I will be visiting.
