Enhance Floors

New in town and really feared the frustrating search for reliable contractors to repair & fix up our new home — no problems whatsoever with Enhance! Great service in their showroom, appointments always kept, never had to wait on their crews. We thought that our bathroom reno was going to be complicated but they made everything so easy and stress-​free. Next project will be replacing our carpets and window treatments and Enhance is our go-​to source from now on.

Terrible customer service with the sales person and the owner did make things any better. The sales person came out and when I tried to ask him questions about thickness of padding he kept debating with me that padding wasn’t measured by «thickness» and after I mentioned that the other companies that came out for quotes gave me a measurement so I could confirm which size padding was being used he said «you mean like ³⁄₁₆ or 7/18»…and I said yes with a chuckle and said why couldn’t you just give me that info all along if you knew what I was referring to instead of being so difficult? There were a couple other instances during the visit that were like this as well when he didn’t seem to want to answer questions I was asking but wanted to seem more like a know-​it-​all. The guy got completely frustrated picked up the carpet samples and left like a child. I contacted the the office to let them know about this, spoke with a woman there who said the owner woudl call me back — no call of course, then sent an email in and then the owner replied that no one told her I had called (which I don’t believe, the woman I spoke with I spoke with several times in past and was quite responsive and competent — otherwise the owner is telling me her employees are not just that) and then said something to the sort of that sometimes personalities clash, she only has that one sales person and good luck with my carpet search. Great business skills with both the sale and owner.

Through all of our extensive research — Enhance floors came on top across the board– cost, value, quality, trustworthy — best in the business! This as all proven try after working with them to completely recarpet our new house. They are true flooring experts — installers were extremely respectful and thorough and cared that they were meeting our needs. We were working on tight time constraints and they were very good with communication and flexibility. We will always go to them for our flooring needs!

I did carpet and laminate hardwoods in a 1900 square foot house. From start to finish Enhance was very professional. The floors look beautiful! The price and quality was better than I could have gotten with some of the big name floor companies that advertise all the time. I will definitely use them again when I have floor, bathroom or kitchen needs.

After being thoroughly confused by all the separate charge places for carpet we found Enhance. One price for everything! All you have to focus on is the carpet you want. We replaced carpet in our home. Very professional and helpful staff in the office, Don came to our home for measurements and go over samples and their installers were very professional. Will definitely use for any other upgrades we do.
