Very poor service here: the Owners work behind the counter will back talk you and try their best to rip you out of items off your meal deal. For instance, I ordered a coffee and a sandwich without knowing my coffee counted as a drink for a meal. They rang me up for a meal and left out the FREE hash browns that came with the meal because I didn’t ask for them. When I asked for the hash browns I was owed they got upset and reluctantly gave in. Besides the terrible customer service by these rude owners, my order is wrong nearly half of the time that I order. They almost always forget flavoring in coffees/iced coffee. Two other things I’ve noticed is that their coffee sits out as long as it takes to use the pot, and the drive thru at this location takes an obscene amount of time to progress. Don’t try to stop here for a quick coffee in the morning because you literally get trapped in the dark alley which takes 15 – 20 minutes to progress through during a standard morning

The service has become horrible. 10+minutes for drive thru order and you are the second car in line. The service and people used to be wonderful and now with the owner/operator hiring family or friends that have no clue has truly diminished the greatness. Just hope you have one of the HS/college kids helping you and not the family!

Someone needs to tell the owners not to chastise their employees in front of the customers. I was appalled at what took place today. This young girl who is Indian or Middle eastern of some sort simply called out one of her minions and told him to GETBACKTOWORK! Ok so mom and dad have this place(I presume) and little princess gets to batter the hired help. I will not give my money to these folks. I once was told by one of the employees working there that it was a Hell Hole and that is why the help wanted sign is always up. I could tell she enjoyed herself, and was quite proud of herself with all that power. Then she noticed I was not impressed and gave me an off colored sheepish grin. NEWSFLASH we are not a class society but some immigrants fail to realize it. I for now will head up Barrett Parkway to the newer D&D maybe they treat their help with some respect. The donuts were great the coffee was old. My son will just have to wait a bit longer next Saturday for his treat it’s just a few miles further.

This is the D&D I go to every weekend. Friendly staff, good coffee and donuts.

Just wanted donuts tonight. Night crew is SOOOORUUUUDE!!! Clearly management hired these girls for non-peak hours because they knew that their customer service wouldn’t be on par with the busy morning shift. Blughhhhh my fat face hates you, you late-night donut slingers. :(

This Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins is a great 2 in 1. I’m from the NY metro area… Northeast N.J., so I know GOOD bagels when I taste them. «Time to make the donuts»…remember that poor dude having to wake up so early to make the donuts? LOLOL: D This place is open during the week around 4:30ish, and 5:30ish on the weekends. I’ve called, and they were open! Poppy seed is my fave, followed by everything, and sesame seed. I have more of a savory palate, and Philly 1⁄3 less fat veggie cream cheese, paired with one of these toasted babies is heaven. Want to make it a li’l more crazy? Slice up some jalapeño stuffed green olives, and place those little circles atop your bagel. Ecstacy, I tell you :) Now, on to B.R. Around tax time each year, they have this incredible concoction called«Tax Crunch.» It is my ALL time favorite ice cream. I’m in TC mourning until next year. Ah, but not to fret, as I have found my #2 fave of all time… Jamocha Heath. If your BR is out, or doesn’t carry it, ask them to order it. It’s a coffee/mocha ice cream with broken pieces of Heath Bars, entrenched in this creamy combination of deliciousness. Ahhhhh, love to love you, baby… ooops, thinking out loud again… LOL :D Top notch service, clean, very efficient and friendly. Easily 5+ stars! I hope Samir has ordered this, or Tuesday maybe his last day… LOLOL…J/K, of course.:) I will call him this evening… I hope he’s working tonight. I’m jonesin’ badly, and need my fix! World Class Chocolate will definitely do in a pinch :)

I live for DD coffee. They kinda botched it with mine. Tried it twice with sugar once, then with splenda. Sugar had a ½″ of sugar on the bottom of my iced coffee and when they used splenda, i didn’t really taste it. At least my bagel sandwich was ok.

This Dunkin’ has consistently given me the best frosting/Jimmie combos anywhere in Atlanta. - I hadn’t been here in a long while, as there are other Dunkin’ locations closer to me. However, none of them have performed that well in the donut making sphere as far as I’m concerned from a visual standpoint. I decided on my day off to run around all of Atlanta and hit up as many donut places as I could in one afternoon. I remembered this Dunkin’ off of Dallas as being one of the better ones I had visited. Several years back I snagged a set of blue frosted beauties, complete with rainbow mix jimmies. I have never seen anything like them since, which is a great disappointment because there is something about blue frosting after it ages that is really unique and beautiful looking. Luckily it was in the general direction I was already headed. I pulled up, walked in and was immediately smiling when I glanced up at all the different types of donuts they had behind the counter. I told the girl to give me everything that had jimmies and nonpareils on them and that I’d fill in the remaining dozen with other stuff. - I ended up walking out with 3 dozen really excellent looking donuts. Some chocolate frosted with rainbow stars and stripes jimmies and quins. A bunch of white frosted ones with rainbow nonpareils. And a real amazing set of orange frosted ones with halloween jimmies and quins. - Totally awesome finds. I sealed the final dozen with a few strange looking crullers and maple glazed. Also ordered a small coffee loaded. Technically I hate DD coffee with all the sugar and cream in it. I’m a black coffee person, but the donuts looked and smelled so good, I had to get something with sugar in it to ensure I wouldn’t eat any of them on my continue trip around town. - Got all(3) dozen home and they are now in the process of aging and will one day make some really amazing paintings. Good working with you again Dunkin’.
