Coffee tastes old and burnt. Bagels keep getting smaller with less cream cheese and the prices keep going up!

I have been stopping here since I started working near. I usually get off until 8:00pm or 8:30pm and I always like to get a coffee and a donut and OMG. I had never had a fresh donut around that time. every where else I would go they would be extra hard but I would still get them. I was surprised that the donut tasted and felt like it was freshly made around that time. This is my dunkin now since I have one other one close to home but I would never go back to that one if Im near this one!

It’s the best of all the other locations. Nicole and Stephanie are the best, always friendly and they make sure that your service there is the best.

Edited review! ! Much better.. In fact, great now! I moved to s. Marietta Pkwy in August & this is my new location. It doesn’t even compare to the east Cobb location! Ugh. First, they are always OUT of something. & why is there not regular hot chocolate, just flavored hot chocolate??? Weird. I always have to not only order through the drive thru, but then reorder thru the person at the window when I pull up, & then they still ask twice! What the hell are they doing in there?

I do-nut know why but I love it… Oh Dunkin Donuts you make me so happy. Being that someone at the top thought it was a good idea to close all the Dunkin Donuts in Southern California my life has not been the same. So when I go to the ATL I always grab a box of donut holes before hopping my flight back home. How I have missed you. I enjoy that there is almost NEVER a line and the staff is always friendly. There southern accents are just the cherry on top. After getting my dozen of donut holes I walk out ready to embrace the world again with a box of belly expanders my hand. I usually try to save them by only eating one or two a day. Sad to say they do get stale but I don’t care. I pop them in the microwave and enjoy them with coffee or tea. I cannot bear to throw them away. I’d rather have a week old Dunkin Donut donut hole than buy a fresh donut here at home. Please come back to me Dunkin. I promise I’ll be good!

They routinely are out of popular donuts in the early evening on Friday and Saturday nights! It has happened on several occasions. The name has Donut in it!!! They don’t even make the donuts there anymore! If I go to McDonalds at any time at night I can get the burger of my choice! If the want to be Starbuck they should drop the«Donut» part of the name! I think I may need to start going to Krispy Kreme for a while when I need my fix!

I come to this location because it’s the less ghetto of the two DD’s that are closest to me. I never really had a complaint but now that I think of it, the last two times I’ve gone there, they’ve messed up my order. My current go-to drink is a large Hazelnut-flavored iced coffee with cream and sugar. The last time they gave me my hazelnut iced coffee with cream and no sugar. The time before, it was a large hot coffee with cream and sugar. I did not complain because I can drink my coffee multiple ways.(though I prefer it sweet when it’s iced, and NOT when it’s hot.) Plus, the people are pretty friendly — no complaints there. It is worth mentioning in general that DD’s large coffee(hot or iced) costs less than Starbuck’s Tall aka smallest size. Additionally, I choose DD over Starbucks when I want it flavored, because Starbucks uses flavored syrups. and while I’m not 100% sure if DD uses syrups or just flavored beans, the point is that it’s NOT obvious whether there is syrup in it. Whatever flavor you get… the«syrup» taste is gross. Yes, the drive through is kind of set up weird and it is not convenient to get into and out if you’re coming from the loop. This corner was not originally meant for a DD. There was a Mad Italian. and before that a Donatos. and a couple other things in this building. who knows what it started as. If you’re coming from East Cobb and heading to 75 via the 120 loop, you’ll probably prefer this DD for convenience rather than the equally-weirdly-placed Starbucks diagonally across the street.

The donuts are horrible. Please do yourself a favor and do not order a donut from this store, as a matter of fact do not order donuts from any Dunkin Donuts. They used to be good, now they are just nasty. See the mom and pop shops for good donuts, i.e. «Dough in the Box», «Ray’s», or just go downtown and get an A-town from Sublime donuts. These donuts are the scum of the earth. Their donut holes are a step up somehow and are good, but still, stick to mom and pop shops for the good donuts. NOW you may be asking yourself why do they have 3 stars? Well, I love the fact that this particular donuts is usually quiet enough to study. Everyone else is going to Starbucks. They have really good ice coffee here as well. I love it! Besides the friendly staff, ice coffee, and good study area as in clean tables, clean floor, clean bathrooms, and some friendly staff and others not so friendly, I recommend this place! I probably shouldn’t, because I want to keep it as a good study place as there are so few around. Alas, I am a Unilocaler and I like to share! Oh, yeah, one last little caveat, they play pop music, which usually would not bother me, but when you are sitting for any extended amount of time and you here the same song played 3 songs ago, it gets a little annoying. I think I heard the«I’m glad you came by The Wanted like at least, at leasssssst, 24 times! lol. I was studying for a while, but it was like at least 3 – 4 times an hour, and Rihanna was really played as well, anyway, take this home: Ice Coffee, Clean, Study place!

Its as good as any other dunkin donuts. The last star is left off because it has a really terrible drive through dynamic. Its also at an odd intercetion.

New location offers a quick drive-through for morning coffee. The service is friendly and I have yet to receive an incorrect order. This is a much better alternative to the long-standing Starbucks across the street.
