The office staff are down right rude. They are inattentive and would much rather carry on their personal conversations than deal with annoying patients. The only person that is friendly in this office is the PA Suanne (she is great), but we have stopped going there after being patients for several years due to the consistently rude office staff. Several years ago they were friendly, but they have just gotten worse and worse every year.
