I like chicken salad chick even if it is kind of a chain restaurant. I’m usually not a huge fan of chicken salad but this place knows how to do it right. They make me crave their sandwiches. They offer many different varieties of chicken salad as well as a few other deli sandwiches. My favorites are the sassy scotty and the kickin’ kay lynne. The kickin’ kay lynne is pretty much the sassy scotty because they both have ranch, bacon and cheddar cheese but then it adds buffalo sauce and jalapeños. It’s really good! They have different types of meals you can choose as well such as half a sandwich and soup, or a whole sandwich or scoop, 1 side, pickle and cookie of the day. I think that is the best deal. You can also add a cup of soup to the meal for a little bit more money. The soups they have are usually pretty good. I had the tortilla soup on my first visit and loved it. The employees are usually not the friendliest but eh, it’s not that big of a deal in this type of business. They just take your order, deliver your food and that’s about it. When you are done eating you put your little tray up and throw the trash away. The décor of the restaurants are pretty cute and bright. It just makes you feel good when you walk in.

What a great experience! We got there at 6:45 pm, and they closed at 7. I asked if we were too late to eat in, and they said it was fine. The girl who greeted us was very nice. She guided us through ordering our food as we were first timers. I ordered the curry chicken salad. You can have it as a scoop with crackers or a sandwich. Very cool that you have options! I opted for the scoop, and it also came with a side, pickle and a cookie. The side salad was a good size and very tasty. All of this was $ 8.50. The interior is nicely decorated, and had a feminine touch. It is very laid back and you can easily sit and have a nice long lunch or dinner. I won’t spoil it, but guys, check out the bathroom. You’re in for a chuckle and some great advice that panned out well for me. Overall, my wife and I both enjoyed our meal and we were glad we came in! Highly recommend.

I’d been meaning to stop in since they opened, I’m so glad I did. I got the Trio Salad and had enough for 2 meals. Service was lovely, place was clean and calm. I’ll be back!

This location is really close to my work, so I decided to give them a shot last week. The décor is lovely, and the food was great. It was just before lunch rush and it took a bit to get my food(three scoops of salad to go) but the service was great. I will definitely be back!

Enjoying Fruity Chicken Salad Chick. Chicken salad, pimento cheese & grape salad. I think I’ll be here once a week! The grape salad is topped with pecans & brown sugar! It’s divine!

LOVE the different types of chicken salad… Haven’t had one I don’t like yet! Sides are unique and fun. Customer service is unbelievable and they are incredibly tolerant of my two year old. Will be frequenting this place often

I like chicken salad as much as the next guy … but clearly not as much as the many regulars who were here today for lunch. The people who operate«Chicken Salad Chick,» apparently know what their customers like. I ordered a scoop of their basic chicken salad — «Classic Carol» — coupled with what I think they call summer salad — greens with cranberries, nuts and I believe a sprinkling of feta. The chicken bordered on mushy: a bit heavy on the mayo, somewhat bland and lacking in texture.(I agree with Lawrence C’s preference for chunky.) The restaurant is bright and cheery, with plenty of tables. On a Saturday afternoon, the number of women certainly outweighed men … but there was a cross section of customers. One last thing: if you’re a newbie and confused as we were, you order and pay at the counter, find a table and your meal will be brought out. Oh, and if you’re not wild about chicken salad — though presumably someone in your party is – there are a couple of non-chicken options available.

Great little lunch spot! Not surprising, their menu is basically all Chicken Salad, but it was all very good and fresh. Also had yummy pimento cheese salad and a broccoli salad. Would definitely go back again when I’m in the mood for a lovely, southern, ladies lunch!

Delicious! Best chicken salad in Marietta. I’ve enjoyed the Fancy Nancy and the Cranberry Kelli. Both super great. Love their cookies too :-)

I almost felt like this was a place for ladies who lunch. I am okay with that, but it was a VERY limited menu though broad in flavors. … Chicken salad in about 8 or 12 flavors. The chicken salads are all VERY finely chopped, and heavy on the mayonnaise. I prefer my salad to be chunky and certainly with less mayo. Prices were fair. To go plates were ready in about 2 minutes… fast.

I’ve been viewing this place for quite some time. I’m a Marshalls addict so I’m always in the area. The place is very clean, nice décor, and excellent customer service. So why the 1 star? Maybe because it just wasn’t anything to write home about. I wouldn’t say dont try them out but I saw, I tried, I conquered, and was not impressed. I won’t say anything bad because it’s a neat concept. I mean where else can you go and get several diffrent flavors of chicken salad? Just be sure to say… no salt! This is coming from someone that puts salt on everything. It may have only been my batch… my guest sandwich was not as salty.

We finally had a chance to try this place. It was open until 7 but still closed on Sundays. I had the Luau(pineapple & macadamia nut) chicken salad, one with pecans and apples, and a side fruit side. Husband had a Cajun roast beef sandwich with a side of pasta salad. Both were great and will be back. Very clean restaurant and nice folks working there. This will be our go to place during the upcoming warm months as I love cold and light dishes this time of year. A hit!

Had the Kickin’ Kay Lynne sandwich on a croissant, and broccoli salad. Wonderful! Delicious and tight amount of spice and flavor without overdoing it. Lovely! I’ll be back. Often!

Love this place! Great new concept! Don’t listen to the haters! First off there are dedicated sub shops, pizza shops, burger joints… I mean really! A knock of a chicken salad place called«chicken salad chick»!? Did you post a similar review on Chick-Fil-A? Pricing? Well

Meet BBF for lunch here. What a wonderful place! The décor was so chick! Can’t wait to go back. Because we wanted to try several, we each go the trio. I paid an extra dollar and added a Croissant to my order. WE got: JAZZYJULIE: cayenne pepper, bacon, cheddar cheese, ok, not spicy. SASSYSCOTTY: ranch, bacon, cheddar cheese, very good, better than Jazzy Julie. MIMI’S MIX: apples & cashews, unfortunately my scoop had very little apples in it… might get again, and hope there are more apples. PIMENTOCHEESE: I really liked it, almost as good as grandma’s…thought it had a little kick to it, guessing from the pepper jack cheese they used. CLASSICCAROL: good, not too much mayo… none of them had a lot of mayo. CRANBERRYKELLI: cranberries and almonds… it was by far our favorite! We will both get this next time… yes there will be a next time. We were there around 11:30, so there was no line/wait.

Healthiest place in East Cobb! Totally delicious food, and the prices are great. Huge chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, broccoli salad, pickle, and cookie… Only $ 9. I tried the buffalo chicken salad and it was awesome! Not as spicy as I would of liked, but great. Word of advice, get your chicken salad on a sandwich, and add tomato, lettuce, and cheese! It’s the only way to go!

As an Auburn alumna, I was pleased to hear of a CSC opening a new location near my workplace. The atmosphere is a bit different than the original location, but the food is just as delicious and service just as friendly. I came during the lunch rush on Monday, around 12:30, and seating was limited especially for groups larger than two. Luckily I was dining alone and grabbed a little two-seater table in the corner. The setup is fast casual and the food is run out to you(unlike Panera where you have to retrieve your meal.) There are about 12 or so chicken salads to choose from and a variety of sides. I opted for the Original Chick combo(One scoop or sandwich, one side, a cookie and pickle spear. It does not come with a soda.) I selected Olivia’s Old South on croissant with the broccoli salad. Adding a fountain drink bumps the final cost to about $ 9.50. Everything tastes exactly the way you would expect. I mean that in a good way. It fulfills your chicken salad expectations. The chicken salad oozes out a bit when you take bites of the sandwich, but that could be because of the croissant. The broccoli salad is tossed in a vinaigrette and sprinkled with bacon and cheese. This is a refreshing side dish. The grape salad(I didn’t try this but asked about it) is composed of chopped grapes and has a cream cheese dressing with brown sugar on it. The overall vibe is pretty Southern and a little Waspy(hey, it’s a chicken salad restaurant in the suburbs) and the branding/décor is kind of Hobby Lobby chic. But all in all, it’s a satisfying meal and pleasant experience.

Great little backstory on the owner be sure to read it. The food is fresh, portions are right for the price and salads have just enough mayonnaise to bind the salad. Good extensions with various flavor profiles. Service is very friendly and southern in a sweet way. It fits the fast casual category with ordering at the counter and your meal brought to your table. Décor is fun. They did a good job of branding throughout the restaurant including the«mom-isms» on the bathroom wall. Overall a nice sandwich place.
