My wife and I went to the Cellular Sales Verizon store at 390 Cobb Parkway to upgrade her phone. Doug, our sales associate, greeted us and escorted us to his desk. He was able to answer all of our questions and help us pick out the right phone and plan. He helped us transfer the pictures and contacts, and put the new case on the new phone. It was like having concierge service. A great buying experience!

Unfortunately on more than one occasion I’ve had issues with the data plans the agents have set me up with. This has cost me extra money and time to get these things straightened out and I am very frustrated with them.
