I have the same issue as the last reviewer except I had the best service when they moved me and my referral to them was stood up! I hate referring someone to bad service. I try to help small business but JOEWANTGETMYBUSINESSORANYONEELSEBUSINESS I KNOW! I even text him to make sure he was okay cause he never stood me up. But no response. They spoke all day after Joe changes his initial moving time and then no answer no call back no show. Leave Joe’s business alone. If you don’t utilize him he’ll learn his lesson.

Moving can be a nightmare. I’ve moved about 7 times in the past 10 years and I would like to say it gets easier each time, but it doesn’t. There’s always some special slice of hell that ruins your weekend, strains your friendships and leaves you a twisted emotional wreck. What were we talking about? Oh right … All the Right Movez. I enlisted Joe’s help to move my stuff in February. His rates were reasonable. $ 70/hr for a 2 man crew and a flat $ 25 fuel fee. He showed up on time, brought a nice big 14′ truck, blankets and plastic wrap, and wrapped only the furniture and personal effects that I wanted wrapped, and not the $ 5 junky Ikea table that’s worth less than the time it takes to wrap. He was quick, efficient, friendly and careful with my stuff. Why, this sounds perfect, you exclaim. I must have clicked the 1 star rating by pure accident then, no? No! Because 6 months later, my roommate turns out to be a crazy cat lady with the wild ferocity of a rabid harpy and I found myself hitting the road again in short order. This time Joe put me down in his appointment book, confirmed with an e-mail etc, just like last time, but never showed up! No last-minute cancellation, nothing! On top of that, he rejected(or didn’t answer) my calls all day. I understand things happen, there might have been an emergency, I was just hoping that I could reschedule. He never answered, nor called back to apologize, nothing. It was a nightmare trying to find someone else at such short notice(no one was available). And most of my plans for that weekend got shot. I lucked out and found someone else to move me the next day at $ 85/hr and they weren’t nearly as good as Joe. So to summarize, he’s great if he shows up. But odds are slim. So the question you have to ask yourself is, Do ya feel lucky, punk? Well, do ya?
