Went in for a ring resizing — work was done on time and ring came back looking brand new. Great job. Guy in the shop was pretty surly, woman who answered the phone when I called to see if it was ready was very pleasant and helpful. So I guess 50⁄50 on personality.
Would use them again.

My family has been using them for years… they fix our jewelry, replace our watch batteries, clean our silver, I purchase from them and also they buy gold and silver too… «Hidden Gem» in East Cobb…

I went here to sell a 1 oz. Canadian Gold Coin, and this guy has no idea how to properly handle gold coins. Before I could say anything, he took my coin out of the plastic wrapping and touched it on the face with his fingers (you are not supposed to touch gold coins with bare skin.) He also rubbed my coin up against a slab so he could «test» the scraping, thus leaving a beveled scrape in the side of my coin. He offered me $ 500 under the day’s closing price of gold per ounce. Well, his handling of my coin greatly decreased its value, so I’m not sure I can even sell it for what it’s really worth now.
Maybe this guy is better for jewelry … but keep him away from your coins.
