Serenity Nails

Had my 2^nd manicure/​pedicure here and loved it! Very relaxing, doesn’t smell awful like many salons, and they did a great job at a reasonable price! Will definitely go back again

We love this place. My wife and I go every week. They don’t take some one first because of a more expensive service. They take call ins/​reservations because they get so busy. We call in and get put on their book every time in order to get our favorite person. I doubt the lady muttered under her breath, they barely understand English. Which can at times seem as though they may not be friendly. We have gone here for 4 years and it is a great sanitary ran nail business.

Working out next door at Anytime fitness I walked over there to get my nails done. I was the first person waiting. They took another customer before me because she was getting a more expensive service. Then, the lady tried to work between me and the 2^nd person who came after me and thought it was acceptable. The other client had to tell her to stop and go back to finish mine. This is not good customer service and definitely not very sanitary. Then she did not seal the polish on the tip of my nails taking a shortcut for time and I had to ask her to do it to which she had a frown on her face. Last but not least, they charged me $ 13 for a polish change for natural nails? What a joke! You can get a full manicure for $ 15. She asked me where I last got my nails done to which I said WV so when I asked her why it costs so much here she muttered under her breath «these are not country prices» I should have told her my job entails travel to the 50 states and even places like Burbank, Ca do not charge this much for just a regular (non-gel)polish change for nails only on natural nails. Wont recommend this place or go back. Hope the $ 7 upcharge was worth losing a repeat customer!!!
