Rainbow Valley Nursery

Ok, so I love their Farmer’s cheese. SUPER yummy. They also have specialty eggs. And they sell succulent plants. That’s it. Isn’t that the craziest mix ya ever heard of? But it works!
Yes, the business is out in Maricopa, but you don’t have to travel to Maricopa to see them! They have a booth each week out at the Downtown Phoenix market which is my local spot. I’ve heard they sell their cheese in a store in Chandler too, but Downtown its them in person and you’ll have all three of their specialties available.
I’m not a morning person, so I’ve never been able to try the eggs because they sell out of them way too early. To me, this means they have to be great. One day maybe I’ll make the early morning trek. Maybe.
Also, check out their web site because they have pictures of the chickens that lay the eggs. They are SO cute. Cute and yet I’ll eat them. [I’m so sorry my vegan and PETA friends. I have other good animal loving qualities, I promise.]
