P&S Services Pool Service and Landscaping

P&S Landscaping serviced our home for just over a year. Shortly after they signed us on for a year, they attempted to almost double our monthly rate. After raising heck with the office the owner agreed to his rate. Recently, we found that they owner brought his young kids to the house while they were «SERVICING» our pool and let the kids play around the back yard, into the storage containers, with the toys in our yard, spraying them with the relief valve on the pool filter, etc. When I called the owner and told him I was not comfortable with his kids playing around my yard when I wasn’t home, his response was lets call it square and he ended the call (I assume that meant that he fired himself) — at least we stopped sending him monthly checks as of today! Unfortunately, the pool work was good (when they showed up), the customer service has Always been horrible!

First they don’t answer the phone but reply with email with «what you address» then randomly came by with out asking. Then when we called to have him come back to talk while my husband was home, he went back and forth about what time was good for him to come and finally made a appt. for sat. and never showed or called. We waited around all day. Poor business.
