I had lasik eye surgery done in both eyes yesterday and I’m so thankful and happy I can see 20⁄20 and it hasn’t even been 24hrs yet. Dr. Gailitis and his staff are awesome!!! I definitely wasn’t an easy patient. First off I have a phobia of other people touching my eyes and get panic attacks. They talked to me and walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable, well as comfortable as you can be during surgery lol. I had severe astigmatism in both eyes and had been wearing contacts for over 15 yrs. Now I feel so free… i woke up this morning and I could see:) Thank you so much for making my life so much easier and more pleasurable.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Burks. I highly recommend him, as well as his caring, professional staff. I felt I was treated with excellent personal care by Dr. Burks who took his time with me, answered all my questions, and was always pleasant and professional. He himself called me the night of the surgery to see how I was doing. The entire staff was great, especially Marsha and Iliana! I had great results!

I just had my second cataract surgery performed by Dr. Gailitis. I could not be more thrilled wih every possible step in this process! Beginning with the expertise of the staff, especially Sheerin who took such detailed and precise exams and measurements, to Dr Gailitis himself. He was professional, gentle and even called me the evening after the surgery to check! Who does that anymore?
I would most highly recommend everyone and everything about Opthamalogy Consultants and Dr. Gailitis. It has been a wonderful experience with the best outcome being 20⁄20 vision without wearing corrective lenses, the first time in 45 years!!!
