This is a good Trinadadian roti place, not exactly fast food, but very simple, with plastic dishes etc. The food is good. Don’t expect anything fancy. More or less across from the Broward West hospital.

Yum. Ok so I’m not exactly a Trinidadian roti expert(I do love me some Indian curry), but the food I had was great. I’m a big fan of conch, which is hard to find on the west coast, and it was perfectly done. Great curry aloo, great dhalpuri roti. The roti was huge, I’m happy I can eat the rest on the flight home(way better than airport food)! It all came with the spiciest hot sauce ever. True to form, the best food is always in unassuming counter places in unassuming strip malls, and so is Aunty Sue’s.

With a lot of restaurants being closed on Sundays my husband and I found ourselves a gem in Aunty Sues. We ordered the bake and shark(AMAZING), bake and salt fish, doubles, and aloo(potato Dhal pouri) all of it made to order, delicious, and we’ll portioned. Customer service: Kenny was amazing chatted with us the whole time. When he found out we where traveling back to Cali he packed our items and even gave us a reusable traveling bag. 5 star food, 5 star service. A must visit when in Fort Lauderdale.

This food is amazingggg. Cooked to order… Worth the wait. I wait at Joys or Cricket and food still isnt as hot or as delicious. Def my new spot for Trini food. Don’t skip out on the Pholouri… It tastes good even without chutney

How have I worked across the street from here and never noticed it until today!!! Thank God for Unilocal! Got dhal puri, spinach and curry potato! All delicious, drowning in pepper sauce how I like it! Can’t wait to go back and try the doubles! I don’t normally eat meat, but everything smelled good in there and the meats someone else was eating looked yummy too! Try it out if you’re in the area!

This the best tasting Trinidadian food in South Florida. Just came back from Trini and the food at Aunty Sue is as good and even better. We had the duck, chicken and goat curry all excellent.

This is the best place for Trini food! The food is so flavorful that you don’t even need pepper. Oh AND they serve breakfast! Roti and tomato choka, baigan choka… you name it, they have it. The only negative is that some of the juices /drinks are too expensive. That’s so minor though. Now I’m craving roti.

This place is the real deal. Best doubles. The roti rivals that at Joy’s. The portions are generous. But the best part is the weekend Shark and Bake sandwiches. Probably the best Shark and Bake I’ve ever had. I even inquired about the shark and was able to verify that they’re using«real shark» because they skin it and cut it up right there. If you want a taste of good ol Trini homecooking then this is the spot.
