My 2ND time there in a month. Last time it was totally dead and I thought it was a fluke for prime season on Marci Island. My food was so-​so. Returned with relatives and it was dead again. However, this time our food was awful! No meat in the shepards pie on 2 dinners and burned chicken breast on a salad which change fed $ 4 extra for meat! Used to be one of my favorite places to eat! Won’t be going back!

Don’t bother. We walked out this week after sitting for 20 minutes with no one approaching us. This was the second time we tried this place. First time wasn’t much better

Worst experience of our vacation. Looking at the menu during our 15 min wait to be seated, we were looking forward to the traditional Irish fare. However, once we were seated it look 30 min for our appetizers to arrive! Once they did, the wings were far too over cooked and the Irish nachos so greasy they were almost inedible. We asked our server when our entrees would arrive and he said they were running behind because this is the busy season. That is really no excuse, as Marco Island is a vacation town and management should expect an influx of customers this time of year. After AN HOUR waiting for our food, and not even seeing any food being delivered to other tables, we just had the server cancel our order and we paid for our appetizers. They really should have comped the food we did receive. Awful service, mismanaged, poorly cooked food.

We had a so-​so experience there once, and we decided to give it one more try. That was a mistake. Customer service seems to be very low on their list of priorities. Getting seated took quite some time despite the fact that it was half empty. Once we were seated, it took a full hour and 15 minutes to get any food. At one point, we asked how much longer was going to be., and the waiter said 10 to 15 minutes. It was probably another 45 minutes, during which nobody bothered to update us or apologize. We tried to express our frustration to both the waiter and management, but neither seemed to be concerned. Given that the tables around us experienced similar delays, it seems that such complaints are the norm.
Of the four dishes we ordered, three came out cold. The «chicken pie» seemed to be cream of chicken soup with some broccoli thrown in and a piece of puff pastry on the side. The shepherd’s pie was overwhelmed by way too much sage (or a similar herb). It was a frustrating and disappointing evening. We recommend that you try somewhere else. If every other restaurant is full, you’d be better off getting take-​out from another restaurant.

Terrible service. Walked in the door at 7, didn’t eat until 8:30. And we had told them we were in a hurry.

Crappy service. Nobody to greet us and get our name on the list for a seat – and it wasn’t especially busy.
Waitress screwed up part of our order, brought out a spoon that was patently dirty. Asked them to give us some consideration on the bill and the best they’d do is give us free desserts (which we didn’t take them up on)
Entire staff up to the owner wasn’t interested in doing anything about it.
Go elsewhere on Marco Island.

Beer is good. Food is bad. I have a gluten allergy and had our server ensure with the chef that the soup and meal I ordered was gluten free. He checked and advised all was OK. The margarita was real bad and $ 13, and that night I had a very bad reaction to the so called gluten free food. Never again. Much better choices.

the cheeseburger i just ate from here was so amazing that i couldn’t wait to get home to write this review. i’m still sitting at my table as i type this. it was a cheeseburger crafted by the gods

Handmade chips and fries are awesome! Perfectly cooked — had burger and chicken wings — both were delish! A lot of TVs — nice place to hang and chill out ! Prices pretty reasonable — will definitely come back again!

Pretty decent Irish pub. This is a great place to go to after the hotel bars close, which all seem to be around 9 – 10 PM. I heard it is because of the turtles. Apparently, having too many lights on at night next to the ocean attracts the turtles from the shore and gets them eaten! Stupid turtles.
Anyway, they have a good selection of liquor. They even have a special selection of aged Irish whiskey like Jameson 12 and 18. They also have a decent selection of Scotch. I didn’t try any of the food; just booze.
I ordered a double Macallen 12, but it was disappointing. It was a very small double for $ 18. My next drink was a Jameson on the rocks that was great. It was a good pour for a single at $ 9.50.
Any way, it’s a pretty good Irish pub!

We LOVED this place! We drove by and stopped on a whim because we love Irish food. It has a great, family restaurant feel. We ordered the Sheppards Pie Nachos and Mini Reuben Sandwiches to start. Both were incredible, especially those Mini Reuben Sandwiches. I’m dying for more now that I’m thinking about them! I ordered the Creegan Chicken Pie which was so delicious. Comfort food at its finest. It was very creamy and had great flavors. The puff pastry on the top was perfect. My husband ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage which was also excellent. He was very happy with it. We will be coming back next time we are in Marco Island!

If you’d like to dine with the flies, this is your place! My family and I came here for a late lunch today. The fact that there was no one in the restaurant and the owner was sitting outside smoking should have sent up a red flag. But we were hungry, so we thought we’d give it a try. The front of the restaurant was open to the outdoor patio (no screen), making it very fly-​friendly.
None of us had a good meal! The grouper I ordered did not taste fresh at all. My husband’s Reuben sandwich was full of fatty corned beef that was in chunks rather than layered and was very gristly. My daughter’s french fries were very hard – possibly leftovers that were warmed or refried?
The waitress never asked us if our food was ok. We had a $ 60 tab for food that was mostly uneaten. Even when the waitress cleared our plates, she didn’t question all the leftover food.
It did NOT seem like a very clean restaurant.

Horrendous service. Burger and chicken sandwich took 1 hour in an empty restaurant at lunch Mem Day weekend. Ridiculous.

Great atmosphere. Very casual. Friendly staff but slow service for it not to be busy. Food was very good. We can’t wait to eat our leftovers. Looks like it would be a hoppin’ place during the weekend.

I can’t vouch for true Irish fare as they advertise, because I had the salmon. But it did have an Irish Whiskey glaze so that must count for something. It was well cooked and tasty. I heard good reviews of the chicken pie, beer battered fish, and burger. The loaded nachos made with thin potato slices (potato chips) were very good. I don’t normally prefer green peas, but somehow it fit with this app. Lots of great beer and whisky choices.
The dining area didnt feel particularly Irish pub– like, but having the NHL playoffs on the multiple TVs distracted me from that observation. Our service was good and helpful. The apps took much longer to arrive than I would have expected being fairly sparse in the restaurant on this Monday night. Overall a good experience and recommended.

Solid place to eat. Food is good quality and beers are cold and delicious. The service was ok, the waiter was a little inattentive to our party of four and he missed an appetizer which he took off the bill. If your server is good this is a great place for a dinner or a burger and a beer.

We had lunch there yesterday and server Colleen was fabulous service was great club sandwich very good potato soup super. Colleen made it a fun experience

Chicken Pot Pie, though, was a creative interpretation — souplike bowl accompanied by a puff pastry — though I’m sure it’s delicious, not what was craved.

Homemade dressings, fries, coleslaw — yum!

Great Irish bar with music on the weekends! Traditional Irish fare as well as steak and seafood! Friendly staff.

Exceeded our expectation, a real gem. I had the Shepherds Pie and my wife had the Fish & Chips, both great. The onion ring appetizer wss the best, not at all greasy. The Guinness wss right out of the tap. Can not wait for a return trip.
