Dandee Donut Factory

The first few times I went was early in their run, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The food is fine, but the service is terrible. Slow, confused, just… strange. The last two times have been more recently and the service has been just as bad. Last time I went, my brother was in town and got an egg white omelette where the eggs were literally not cooked. He sent it back and got… an omelette where the eggs were not cooked. Staff is friendly enough, but oddly confused and incompetent. And this last time, there were no more than 6 people in the whole place, so it can’t be attributed to being busy. In fact, I’ve always gone on off times and the service is still bad. I had high (er) hopes!

It’s…just okay. The donuts aren’t anything special; you’re essentially paying for the diner-​style ambiance. You can get comparable Donuts at Dunks down the street for half the price.

Have been to their location in Pompano Beach and are always pleased, so decided to try this spot out. Nothing special. Too small a space for the amount of people waiting in line (the small child in front of us kicking/​knocking over everything didn’t help). Felt very overwhelmed when ordering– would be nice if the donuts were labeled with what they are. Girl working there also said that there were no jelly filled options when in reality we were looking right at them. My suggestion– trek a little further and go to Kanes.

Finally a clean, delicious breakfast place in Marblehead. Food was fresh, delicious and generous serving for a very reasonable price. Oh, and did I mention fresh homemade DONUTS TO DIE FOR. Highly recommend this new spot.

Second time here. First time the food was good but the service was awful. Our waitress claimed she was a 30 year veteran waitress… Well she had been through the war… Nastiest person I had met in awhile… She should have been a warden in a woman’s prison!
Today, food was good, place was packed and our waiter… Better suited for McDonalds…
