When it comes to your home or office security system, customer service is just as important as reliability. This company offers both. My phone calls get answered by the third ring, by a person, who is local. If she can’t answer my question, then she works diligently to find a person who can… and I always get a call later that day.
The system they installed is also fantastic, and although there’s a bit of a learning curve, it is pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it.
There was an incident where an alarm was set off, and a phone call immediately went to all three of us with our phone numbers in the system. It turned out to be nothing, but we were all out of town at the time, and when I called the (third party) company who handled the response, she explained the police had been dispatched immediately and everything was fine.
