They should get a zero for customer service. This evening I went in and bought an arm load of stuff I shouldn’t have. While ringing me up, the checker said«mam if you buy 2 hair products, you can get the 3rd for free,» so I told her«okay, keep ringing these other customers up and I’ll be right back.» I’m picky so it took me 10 – 15 minutes or it felt like it to find my freebie. I get back to the front and see the same 3 – 4 people that where behind me still standing there giving me the meanest glare ever. I get back to he register and said«OMG I didn’t realize you all were waiting that long I thought you kept ringing people up.» The checker said«yes we were all waiting on you dear.» Turned around and saw a poor elderly woman looking exhausted right behind me and I apologized multiple times to her. This checker made me look like a total dick in front of these people. Keep in mind most people at walgreens don’t feel good and want to get in and out. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone again, anyone in my shoes tonight or the people that were behind me. It was horrible.

This walgreens is easy to get in and out. I needed some specialty photos for a Canadian passport taken and printed to a certain size and the girl in the photo shop was super helpful and friendly. I’ve even been here to get flu shots and they got the job done.

Called for info and pricing on my medication. When someone finally answered, she responded very rudely after I asked my question. There was no point in her answering me like that. It’s her job to respond and give answers to customers. That’s why you have computers there. You have everyone’s info and medications on there. Look it up. It’s your job. Definitely switching pharmacies.

There was only one, rude woman working in the pharmacy and I was on-hold for 12 minutes. I had an unpleasant experience without ever walking into the store, and I won’t.

Yes, it’s an easy in and out, which is good for all the times we have to return because they don’t have a script ready when they said they would. This happens EVERYTIME we come in here. … lost scripts, delays, long waits and they don’t seem to care. … just tell you to come back another day. … fine, unless you live a half hour away and you’re as sick as can be and NEED that medication. …“no, I don’t want to take the one and come back tomorrow. .I need it NOW”… I wonder if corporate cares?
