A cozy little sweet shop. I tried their Key Lime Pie, their Rainbow Sherbet, and their Key Lime Cookie, all of which were good. As for whether it’s the BEST key lime pie, I think that it depends on how you like your pie. Savannah’s makes it fairly tangy, with only a bit of whipped cream for a topping. You might like it: you can almost feel the lime zest. I prefer my KL pie a bit cheese-cake-ey, but I still enjoyed this recipe. I gave this shop a fourth star for two reasons: 1) Their prices are good. 2) They responded well to my nut allergy. As you can imagine, asking a desert shop to check the ingredients in all of their items can be a bit of a hassle. The man behind the counter grumbled a bit when I asked him to check on the KL cookie(I don’t blame him; I was holding up a line), but he did have a recipe book on hand. Another employee stopped him; she actually knew the ingredients off the top of her head! And even more impressive: they had a dedicated nut-free ice cream scoop.

This place is divine. A cute little dessert place tucked away with really the best key lime pie(so my friends said), savanaah’s secret(cupcake topped with icecream, plus one topping), custom ice cream sandwiches — you cannot go wrong.

Adorable dessert shop, friendly service, and delicious key lime ice cream! They were all out of key lime pie in a Sunday night an hour before closing, but the key lime ice cream did the job just fine. I don’t even like key lime flavored anything, and still ate half of my husband’s ice cream. I got the bread pudding with caramel sauce, which tasted good but was too sweet for my preference. I would come back to try other items from their menu, since it seems like a lot of the popular items got cleaned out by the time we got there today.

The ice cream is great, and homemade! We also tried the key lime pie, key lime cupcake, and cookie – all were excellent! Chocolate milkshake was top notch, as was the iced coffee. We’ll definitely be back!

Mmmm. Key lime pie and ice cream. There is seating inside, out front and in the back with a kids area along with a whole closet full of toys and games. We’d go back!

I don’t give too many five star reviews as you will see, but this one is worth it! Only complaint is that the place is extremely tiny. The homemade cupcakes with the best I’ve ever had in my life and I don’t really even care that much for cupcakes. The ice cream was delicious, and the girls behind the counter were extremely friendly.

A great place to stop for a quick sugar fix! They had a great selection of ice cream flavors to choose from and my non-celiac daughter loved the cookie bowl sundae. My other daughter was so excited they had gluten free key lime pie and cheesecake! I highly recommend.

They have the best homemade cupcakes and ice cream. Key lime pie is great too. It is awesome when they do a different cupcake every week. I want them to get grape ice cream. Waiting patiently. …

Whilst driving home from Key West myself and two friends suddenly developed the unquenchable need for milkshakes. After much research and anticipation we decided on Sweet Savannah’s. Although it was a bit of a drive we decided that driving the additional 30 miles would be better than getting a bland McDonald’s milkshake, little did we know we would soon be experiencing such phenomenal treats. Upon entering Sweet Savannah’s our nostrils were filled with the smell of freshly baked cookies. We eagerly stared at all the incredible flavor options overwhelmed with choice. While debating what sort of milkshake would most satiate us, my friend Griffin noticed a mysterious large dish sitting on a countertop behind the ice cream freezers. «What is that?» he asked the kind lady who worked there. «White chocolate bread pudding» she responded with a gleam in her eye. As Griffin is a bread pudding enthusiast he was delighted to hear this and whooped with joy. The woman then asked if we would like a sample and handed us each a heaping spoon of the bread pudding. The pudding was warm, gooey, and perfectly fluffy and we were all left in a hazy sugar coma. Shocked at how wonderful the pudding was and elated at how perfect our timing was of walking into Sweet Savannah’s. Although we were all enamoured with the phenomenal bread pudding we had to stick to our original cravings and get traditional milkshakes. They were massive, sweet and the perfect consistency and were exactly what we needed to accompany us on the remainder of our drive back to Ft. Lauderdale. The 14+ scoops of ice-cream consumed put me into a dairy overdose and I fell quickly to sleep, my head filled with dreams of bread pudding. If I am ever in the Keys again I will absolutely be stopping at Sweet Savannah’s again, on the way down and on the way back.

Average quality, nothing special about the key lime pie as stated in the reviews. It was the only open coffee which was closest to us that’s why we tried. We are not planning to visit this place again.

Oh key lime how I’ve missed you! Got a special treat with the key lime fudge. It’s mixed with white chocolate, a hint of key lime and a graham cracker crust. Looking forward to our key lime pie!

I was in Marathon for the weekend, and I was looking forward to trying this place out. We tried visiting on Saturday, but they were closed for cleaning. On the way home to Miami, I convinced my boyfriend to pop in for a sweet treat for the road. It was delicious! I had the Coconut Joy, which had coconut and chocolate chips. YUM! The coconut ice cream was perfect, and I’m picky about coconut ice cream because it has the tendency to taste like sunscreen — yuck! But not this one, perfect balance of coconut and chocolate chips. My boyfriend tried the chocolate ice cream, which was deep and rich in its chocolate flavor — perfect for chocolate lovers. I saw they had a variety of baked goods as well — cookies, croissants, cupcakes, etc. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

While on the way to Miami we stopped at this place. What a delicious key lime pie! You should visit this place and enjoy summer garden tables in the back. Don’t to try cappuccino and their delicious ice cream. I definitely will visit this place on my way to Keys!

Kids loved their oreo cupcakes. I was disappointed with the serving size of the key lime pie. Maybe my expectations were too high after reading the prior reviews. Maybe I eat oversized servings of dessert. The key lime pie was good and tart. The crust was good and buttery. Apparently I am just a 2 pie slice kind of girl.

After eating dinner and heading back to our hotel, we wanted ice cream(well most of us did). So, we stopped in. Boy were we glad we did! All of us were able to get what we wanted. The hubby had a piece of cheesecake, I had ice cream, the boy had a cupcake, and the girl had a cookie. Everything was spot on. I had a Cuban vanilla flavor(I can’t remember the name) with dulce de leche. It was perfect. Key lime cooler was the cupcake. It’s flavor was sweet and tart and great! The cookie chosen was snicker doodle and you can’t go wrong with that. Banana cheesecake was the flavor for the Mr. He ate it all up. The gals there were very helpful and offered to let us try anything we wanted. When we come back through, we will definitely come here!

Stopped by to try other key lime products but still couldn’t resist the lure of the key lime pie. I also tried the key lime bar & the key lime cupcake. The pie as always was perfection. The crust is a perfect blend between soft and crunchy with amazing Graham flavor. The bar was pretty delicious. It’s very tart so if you’re not a fan of super tart dessert, pass on this. I enjoyed it. The crust was amazing as well. The cupcake was the wild card. I didn’t end up eating it until a week later but I’m so glad I got to try it. It was kind of like a jelly doughnut version of a cupcake with key lime filling. Flavor was great. Not a jelly doughnut fan so I’ll pass on this next time. I always enjoy every trip here & hope that you will pay them a visit soon. You won’t be sorry.

Love this place! Ice cream is yummy and the cupcakes are fantastic! Always service with a smile. Tons of key lime goodies in the fridge to go. Prices are fair and they’re open TIL9! One star missing because they always run out of cupcakes, but I get they want them to be fresh.
