Just had my latest bad experience at the worst run franchise in Tucson. Easy order Big Mac fries, coke, server says two minutes for fries, i say «sure» out comes ½ order fries COLD! Big Mac COLD! I love McDonalds, but if you want crappy McDonalds this is your place! They will make you wait and serve you politely with NO QUALITY CONTROL. You know the saying «Fool me once shame on me… Fool me twice…»

They don’t listen and forget things, nasty ketchup station and fries are almost always not fresh. The food is bad for you anyway– overly processed and chemicals GMO. More of a reason not to return.

Closest McDonald’s to me so I’ve been there out of convenience but almost always have a bad experience. They never get my order right and other times they charge me extra for a «large» meal that I didn’t ask for. The fries are cold and soggy right out of the drive thru window so by the time I make my 5 min drive home they are not edible. The burgers are usually very dry and are more like a rubber toy than a burger. I would much rather drive anywhere else than five minutes away to avoid their terrible service and bad food. To be honest, this has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in Tucson/​Marana.

I think they were having a bad day when I was there. They forgot the cheese on my filet O’ fish and generally seemed flustered.

I haven’t been inside a McDonald’s in years until last Wednesday when I popped by here. I had been given a giftcard for Christmas and decided to get a Frappé drink. The woman who helped me was awesome. She was friendly, but not over-​the-​top like a lot of people do which comes off fake. No, she was making conversation and actually got the impression she cared what I had to say. The drink was good, the service was great. And the place was clean. I’ll probably drive all the way out there when I need to use up the rest of my giftcard and skip the McDonald’s closer to me.

I just think McDonalds has the all time best diet coke (like it’s got an extra special secret McDonald formulation). I used to drink regular coke too and after someone told me McDonalds fountain drinks were the best; I taste tested and have to agree. They have great ice that keeps my drink cold for the rest of my 25 minute drive home. McDonalds sell 8 pound bags of ice, so I pick up a bag of ice to go when the mood strikes.
