Hair Professionals Salon/Spa

I was thrilled to find such a great salon that offers so many services. I love the upscale yet relaxed atmosphere. Nancy did an excellent job with my nails and Nellie did an incredible job with my Brazilian blowout! I am definitely returning! Thank you for a wonderfully fun pampering session

I have watched this salon take a nosedive over the past year. The owner of this shop is a nut case. When she found out that my husband works for the federal government, she went off on a tangent of government «conspiracies» and made the entire appointment uncomfortable for us. She has also has shared her view on how people who are in prison for more than 7 years should automatically be put to death. This is not the type of thing you talk about in a professional environment if you do not wish to lose clientele. She also called to confirm an appointment for my teenage son and when I answered the phone, she insisted on knowing why some «strange lady» keeps answering. HELLO LADY! I’M HIS MOTHER! Her favorite topic of conversation is partying and drinking. I question her mental stability. The worst part of all of this: she wasn’t even my stylist there. She is having these conversations with other stylist’s clients.
The turn over rate of stylists and receptionists is ridiculous. Every time I walked in there I never knew who (besides my own stylist) would be there. If you can’t keep your staff for more than a few months, you are doing something wrong.
Now that her top stylist, Steven, is no longer employed there, I see absolutely no reason to set foot in that salon again. I was lucky enough to find out where he is now, and happily followed him there.

My standard facial was so-​so. I had a Shiatsu massage afterwards, but the masseuse proceeded to talk the entire time about her personal life which made me very uncomfortable. I had high hopes with this place, but they were sadly dashed. I might give it a second chance, but it’s doubtful.

I love Hair Professionals. I have been going there for about 3 years now. Before then I had hopped around quite a bit and was never really satisfied with the hair cuts I was receiving. I see Steve every time I go. He is extremely nice, talkative, intent on making sure you are happy with the services you are receiving! He is also extremely knowledgeable and will explain any of you questions in detail, he really knows what he is doing! I would recommend him to ANYONE
I should point out that I only have gotten my hair cut and color rinsed here so I cannot review on their other services. I plan on getting a massage there in the near future and will update my review then!

Sorry to report that Christina is no longer there. Just went for haircut and was informed that she has now left too. According to my stylist the new person is good too.
