Choo Choo Montessori

The other review here on Unilocal is clearly written by Choo Choo Montessori as it’s giving rave reviews.
I have a horrible impression of them before my child even attended. I registered my child to attend. He was put on the waiting list, and we were told they were expecting a spot to open in four months. In three months I called to determine the start date. When I called it goes straight to voice mail, which I thought was odd. I left a voice mail explaining who I was and the information I was looking for. When I didn’t hear back I called again a week later. Again, I never heard back.
I assume they were over-​booked and were too gutless to call and tell me they made a mistake. This is a poor way to run a business and my child is better off going somewhere else. To parents out there, don’t plan on your child being able to attend if registered. And if you do plan on going there, don’t give your current daycare notice until Choo Choo has actually confirmed!

Choo Choo Montessori School is now a NAEYC certified preschool! As for the reviewer below, I can assure you I am a real parent with two boys who have attended Choo Choo. One is now in public school. I really don’t appreciate the implication that I’m a fake person writing fake reviews. Feel free to ask the director who I am based on my profile photo, I’ll be happy to introduce myself!
