Can’t remark on their prepared foods since I haven’t tried any, but I did stop in here for fresh fish and was really happy with the product I got. The price is competitive, and it’s clear that all of their fish is really fresh. They don’t have much specialty fish, but do stock a lot of the classics(catfish, cod, salmon, etc.) The outside is a little sketchy, but don’t be fooled! You won’t be disappointed with the fish here.

I just came across Farm House Foods Unilocal page. I had them cater a clambake for 100 people in October of 2013. FABULOUS! The clams were some of the best we’ve had. All of their food was delicious. Chowder, clams, chicken, potatoes, corn, coleslaw, rolls. They cooked, served and cleaned up. I enjoyed my party. Reasonably priced. Outstanding service. I highly recommend Farm House Foods.

I’m a transplanted NE Ohioan and I go back in the fall to do a clambake for the family I left behind. This year I got lazy and decided to get a pre-packaged one from Farm House Foods. I was told by Dan at the Woodland location that they pack the bakes there but the Maple Hts. location was easier for me to pick up at so that’s where I picked. Prices are reasonable(be happy you live in an area where clambakes are popular) and I liked the multi-basket steamer you can borrow at no charge. They offered middleneck clams and I have to say everyone thought they were the best! Also good chicken, yams, rolls, and excellent cole slaw. The only negative was the 5 lbs. of mussels I ordered. I regret to say they weren’t at all good, very small and with more black stuff inside than actual mussel meat. I will likely go there again and next time I’ll get my mussels from Costco(best mussels I ever bought are from there).
