We went to Sparkle Cleaners and Tuxedo Rentals for prom. The woman working there didn’t know how to measure for the tuxedo and kept coming up with outrageous measurements. She became frustrated and asked us to come back another time when the owner was there. When we asked about a time to return, she said anytime before 2. We told her that that was when he had school. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. She told us that there wasn’t anything she could help us with. It was 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back. If you are looking for a tuxedo, go elsewhere. I just heard that they had a coupon in The Clipper Magazine, ignore it. What you might save in money, they will make up in unprofessional behavior and aggravation.

This place has the WORST customer service. I have spoken to several different people about a repair that was never done but paid for and a comforter that was ruined and every single person has a different answer for me. Do not trust them with your belongings.

Not very impressed. Extremely overpriced for their dry cleaning and services and the job that they did with my clothes has always just been OK. Definitely will never return.
