This was my first time there and I was seen by Lyndsey and she did such a great job! She was super nice (I got very bad morning sickness about halfway through and she was very understanding as I asked to be excused) I was so happy with the finished result. The overall experience was so greatl. Can’t wait for my next hair appointment!

Having my hair done by Kendra was a relaxing and pampering experience with a beautiful end result! Kendra is knowledgeable about her product and a skilled, experienced stylist to say the least. Love it! Jaclyn is my hair stylist and is very talented. Beyond her talents she is sweet, bubbly, warm and puts you at ease. She’s a great colorist as well. I have blonde hair that was fried and broken. Jaclyn has helped make it stronger and longer than ever. She’s fantastic.
I recommend this salon to anyone. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely happy to be there.

If your looking for a place to get your hair done you won’t find a bettter place to go. Kendra is amazing at everything she does and is super sweet. I have been traveling to see her the last couple years so it’s so nice to have her back in Manteca.

LYNDSEY has been my hairdresser for years now, so of course I followed her when she left her old salon to come to Rust. I was a little hesitant, since I don’t really care for change, but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Rust for my first appointment! The salon is clean, and has a great urban feel to it. The girls who work there are all very friendly and helpful.
Lyndsey did an AMAZING job (as always) with my a-​line cut and color. She takes her time– never leaving a single hair out of place. Between my phases of highlights, ombres, and single color dyes, she has always impressed me. She has corrected my horrendous box-​dye jobs too many times to count, and never makes me feel badly about it.
HIGHLY recommend Rust Salon to anyone in Manteca who enjoys feeling pampered and appreciates a good hairstyle!

What a lovely salon! Nice, bright, airy, and has a natural color palette. The salon is very clean and all the girls are super friendly. Andrea has been my stylist for about 5 years and I am happy she is at a place where you can relax and feel comfortable. While you are there expect to be greeted with a smile, listen to upbeat music, and engage in conversation with the stylists and clients. If you like being in an intimate close knit setting; than this is the salon for you.
The 5 stylists here are true artists. Andrea especially is a master with color.

My usual stylist is ANDREA. Then I went to a recommendation at SALON AVANTI. HORRIBLE balayage done by a SALON AVANTI’s stylist. ANDREA FROM RUST FIXED ME despite me cheating on her with Salon Avanti and I COULDNT BE ANY HAPPIER WITH MY OMBRE! Great work, skilled stylist and now a WONDERFUL FRIEND.
Other RUST stylist greeted me and was extra friendly, Jacqueline. A friend of mine gets her hair done by her as well. Inviting environment and super cute salon!

I have been to many, many hair stylists, but none measure up to LYNDSEY. She is an expert colorist and precise cutter. She is a stylist of exceptional ability and creativity… equal to stylists you would find in a top salon in San Francisco. In a word: genius!!!
