This was a terrible service on the staffing. Both times I’ve ordered food it took 1hour to make with no wait line. I will never eat here again. Shout out to Pizza Hut my new fav.

First of all the salad bar was a mess. The customer service was not good at all. And all the coworkers were speaking so loud. This place was not a good experience for a dine in. It was poor customer service.

I didn’t feel like cooking last night so Round Table for us is the place to eat when we feel like pizza. I was a little disappointed that there was no longer any coupons available to be printed online, but thankfully I found a discount code if I ordered online. I ordered a delivery online and was surprised to see they increased their delivery charge to $ 3.50 from $ 2.50…especially with gas prices going down not up. However, delivery times were short and our pizza was delivered to us very quickly. If you don’t mind the price, Round Table pizza is a great place to eat with great quality food. Best pizza place in town and the only pizza that I choose to eat. Other places give me stomach aches. I would give a 5 stars rating, but there is an issue with the consistency of the pizza toppings. Sometimes my pizza is loaded with bacon and olives, other times there appears to be a small handful of toppings. I’m guessing the employees aren’t always weighing the toppings. For a $ 23 pizza, they need to be more consistent.

This place is amazing! I just had my daughter’s first birthday there and they made it a piece of cake! This team is just incredible! It doesn’t matter who you talk to they are all on the same page and all so extremely nice! Even my friends want to have their events there after attending our party! Thank you so much to the incredible team that helped create amazing memories for my family, we will definitely be seeing you more often!

I never write a review but since it’s happen 3 times I feel this place has dropped the ball. I order the west coast combo sausage and I felt like the person on the phone no names was short and rude, no biggie but I pick up the pizza and no balsamic on the pizza for the 3rd time and it was chicken, I called and complain they said they would remake but was afraid at this point of them doing something to it after finding Hair in my pizza to.

Brought a couple of Pizzas and Salad to one of my accounts, and the manager and staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant was clean, and there were a lot of choices on the Salad Bar. The Italian Artisan Pizza was good as always, and the other Pizza was ½ Maui Zaui, and ½ Combo. The staff said it was very good. Thanks for preparing my food so quickly.

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I have given this place more than one chance and I have been disappointed every time. $ 33 for a sub par pizza and less than stellar wings. The customer service was terrible. I am now done with that pizza parlor.

Plan to wait over 2 hours to get a soggy, lukewarm pizza delivered! Over several years, the poor quality and lengthy wait time has remained consistent. It’s close to home so after getting over it I try again. Once again, my pizza is delivered after a TWOHOURWAIT and it had to be put in the oven to finish cooking because it was a soggy mess! I don’t see the point in calling to complain, last time I did that I was told«well we are busy» then the so called manager told me that they gave my pizza away. They then offered to give me someone else’s pizza instead. It wasn’t even the type I had ordered; I declined and got a refund instead. The poor service has occurred at least a dozen times now. The management needs to be sent to pizza school or something. At least they consistently suck! I could have walked across town and bought a quality pizza faster!

We were given gift certificates for this place with the purchase of our new home. On move in day, we all were too busy to eat, so when we ordered this at 4:30PM we were already famished. Two and a half hours later, I had a refund but no food and no apologies. Off to dirve thru we went. Luckily the Tracy locations are much better, so we will eventually be able to use our gift certificates. Thank goodness for Pizza Guys and Papa John’s.

We came as a party of 7 and two small children, early dinner time, and as we came in, all free tables were dirty. We asked to be seated in a party room, we were told there is a party coming in, and we promised not to make noise. Party turned out to be 5 people, and we were almost done, we thought it will be ok!, unfortunately, we were asked to find a spot in main dining room, no ofer to clean tables or anything else, we stood there with pizza plates in hands until we were done. Really bad planning, worse management skills, and after spending over $ 120, we will never stop there again! Shame!

We went to Round Table 11⁄19. The last day of school before Christmas vacation. There was plenty of pizza and salad to chose from!!! The downfall,(my nieces, who skipped lunch at school in order to eat with us) release from school is 12:30, by the time they arrived, due to the buffet only being open 11:30 — 1:30, they only had about ½ hour to eat. Not much time with talking and eating going on. I felt like we kept saying«keep eating.» It would be awesome if buffet stayed open till 2

I came to round table to have some pizza and watch the game. First of all they took over 50 minutes for pizza to come and there was only two tables the place was nearly empty. We also tried to order a pitcher of beer and supposedly the kegs were frozen. I asked the supervisor Marnea to change the channel to the game and she rolled her eyes and tell me I’ll get to it when I can. The place was empty I even offered to change the channel myself. Then the supervisor brought out my hot wings with no ranch. I went to the front to ask for ranch Marnea threw two empty cups and say the ranch is at the salad bar. How is the supervisor out of all people act like this towards their customers. No wonder this place was empty, well this is the first and last time at this location. Is there a Round Table customer satisfaction phone number I can contact?

My family loves to eat here and every time I have came in my order is wrong. I come in here frequently and make sure my order is reread to me correctly and the receipt is correct. I usually wait 40mins-1 hour, and then an additional 45 mins. to get it right. it’s never the person ringing me up, it’s the people in the back who never seem to pay attention.

I can’t imagine how they work because we went into the place, it being my first time, and it looked as though a tornado had torn through it. They asked if we could wait, and we could. We were trying to decide what to get, but I was a bit shocked at $ 20.99 for a 12 inch specialty pizza. Well, I expect that it was 12 inches across since they didn’t tell. It is similarly $ 9.99 for that kind of pizza at Little Caesar’s, and you don’t have to search for a clean and cleared table. At almost $ 28, I was a bit stunned but pleased to try another pizza place in town. We went to find a clean and/or cleared table. We couldn’t find one. We were about to ask about the room behind the glass door and they said to use it. They didn’t have clean«glasses», so they gave us carry-out cups. Our 15 minute wait turned to 30, and the person delivering the pizza was pleasant but had to return with plates. We could have put the pizza between us to eat it anyway. However, he returned quickly and cheerfully. Still, by this time, no one had cleared any table that I could see, and our table was sticky, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days. The pizza(King’s Supreme without the linguiça) was fine – baked well. The soda machine had worked fine also. As we left, we were looking for the lids for the carry-out cups and someone said that they were over there, by the machine. What we saw was a metal canister that had been used for a couple of lids and straw wrappers, as a trash can. That same person got lids and tossed them into that canister. Unfortunately, the lids weren’t the same size. The food was fine, but the chaos was unnecessary, especially for the price. Supposedly, the other local location is much better but they should be working from the same book of procedures, party or not, and it should be exceptional, not chaotic. Update 2014.08.05: Tiffany K contacted me and I believe that she was sincere in her apology, even though she wasn’t responsible for the situation. Since this was more a 2.5 stars review, I’m bumping it up to 3 and thinking about returning to see if the situation has improved. Unlike others, I didn’t accept the VIP Pass as a inducement to fix my review, to receive fake proper service.

I order online and pickup from here a lot. The last two times I’ve come here, I was a bit early so I paid and waited. Problem is, I waited and waited. Both times I waited over 20 mins for my order, which had already been done and boxed up. Nobody bothered to tell me my order was done even though I was sitting by the counter. Today the clerk(the same person who took my money) lied and said«oh it just came out.» Yeah right. They need to get rid of some of the teenager kids working there or at least have an adult supervisor working.

On our route leaving Yosemite, there was a need of ice cold beer after hitting the Mist Trail. Since I was the co-pilot, it was my shift to drive and the beer just had to wait. The next big city was the city of lard(Manteca) and I’ve proposed pizza for dinner! Where there is pizza there is beer. The family didn’t disagree. Lucky me! Upon arrival there was about two hours left until closing, but we never got the impression from the staff to rush at all. Although it was nearing closing, a staff member continued to maintain the salad bar and that was nice. We’ve ordered a pitcher of beer, wings, large pizza, and salad buffet. Everything served to us was excellent and nothing short of quality. They were understaffed maybe due to the late hours, but the manager there kept her composure and treated us very professionally. I hardly ever eat pizza and I attest that my experience here was a pleasant one. My family enjoyed it as well which is very important to me. It made me very happy to see they’ve enjoyed dinner.
