Just want to order a regular pizza for two people without spending a fortune. All of the online«deals» that are shown and affordable(like 6.99 a pizza, etc) are«not honored at this location»…yet the expensive $ 25 ones are. Not cool! We will just take our business to Little Caesar’s.

Mismanaged circus. Only the circus takes place in the back and the customers wait. Wait. Wait. Extremely disappointed in their service here. After being in the lobby since 5:20pm now as I type 6:01pm the people don’t seem to have a leader. 2 people continue to walk and forth from the breakroom.

Actually I would leave a -.01 but there wasn’t a star for that! We placed our order online and was given a pick up time of 7:58 pm(via email confirmation) we arrived and paid for our pizza at 8:04 pm. We ordered the big box meal. We were told that pizza wasn’t ready yet and the pasta we ordered wasn’t available so we were forced to choose another pasta option. We were told the pasta would only take 10 minutes. During this time we saw our pizza pulled out of the oven and placed in the box and the box then placed into a bag, where it remained until 8:40 pm, during this whole time we observed at least 7 other orders prepared incorrectly! Needless to say, our pizza was cold, hard, and overcooked, because it sat in the box, inside a bag for over 30 minutes! Again, very very disappointed, the manager was visible throughout this entire ordeal, we were however offered a soda, which we declined. Was a liter of soda worth a 45 minute cold pizza? Not at all! What a waste of time and money! The pizza, bread sticks and pasta was just a waste! I seriously hope this review is read by corporate because something seriously needs to be done to assure this type of situation isn’t a constant!

We have currently been waiting on our pizza for 2 hours. We were told 1 hour. We can no longer even get an answer at the local store, and the operator tells us to expect another 21 minutes with no explanation. It is a Wednesday night! Are you kidding me?! Should have looked to see that this store has 1.5 stars on Unilocal already. Will NEVER be ordering from here again! So infuriating!!!

Got the big box with 2 pizza’s bread sticks and chicken wing’s. Beware! It should be called the big box of nasty bread. The pizza had practically no cheese and the bread sticks were harder than a rock literally! Chicken wings sauce was like water! So dissapointed! I was so hungry and didn’t eat all day and i just threw the whole big box of crap in the trash. Less than 1 star!

This place is horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas… waited 2 hours… one thin crust one hand tossed. Both came thin… they explained they ran out of dough and had to make do. lol…didn’t call… I tried calling them… no answer. the pizzas sucked so bad… no toppings… thin stretched beyond being edible… I demanded the driver have a manager call me since they wouldn’t answer phone calls… guy calls stating he is a manager and asks for my credit card… ummm no… he says to come in. give my name and order and I could get a cash refund… I come in… the«manager» on duty said she knows nothing about it. says there are no male managers… umm wtf… and she was a real b… questioning my own dang phone number like I didn’t know it… f this place…

Not sure what kind of incompetent people are running this place. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order and then somehow they managed to forget putting the second pizza in the oven. If that wasn’t enough they got the first pizza wrong and it took them 15 minutes to come to the front and refund me. This place is going Pizza Hut a really bad reputation. Wasted over and hour, drove 12 miles and now I’m driving to another Pizza Hut 16 miles away.

Placed an online order for delivery for a party. Never arrived. Called the store and they said they cancelled the order because they ran out of crust. Never even tried calling me. Didn’t even try to amend their mistake.

Order my pizza on.line.in.parking lot even. waiting went in up said it wasn’t done so sat in side waited. while 4 of employees just talking and goofing off. pizza maker came out with a order asked if was my name.not.so he looked on shevel where pizza been sitting for over 10 mins. mine was there all that time. I waited for nothing. I told them about about it. they just laughed it off said sorry. could you not looked on shevels to see it was there. before you told me wait… not only was there work to be done. but stock on condiments where was dirty. .they were just playing on phones and asking for phone # of others. this place is a pig pin… Gross. now remember why .I hated Pizza Hut in manteca. .it’s Gross. food cold.will contact manager in Morning..

I Ordered online. It took over an hour. When the lady arrived, she went to the wrong location. She tried to correct me saying that I didn’t put the correct address… In fact, she read the address wrong. Also, she forgot to bring my soda. Then… When I opened the box it wasn’t the right pizza. I called and told them what happened. They compensated by sending a new pizza but it still took over an hour.

Pizza was ok. Hadn’t had it in years but it was nothing special. The delivery took over an hour and when I tried to call to see where my order was it kept going to a recording and then would hang up. I had to call about 10 times but no one ever did pick up. When my pizza did show up you could tell it had been sitting for a long time.

We have been wanting to try the new pretzel crust pizza and decided to give Pizza Hut another try tonight after several bad experiences earlier in the year. We ordered online at 5:37 with delivery time set for 7:00; the pizza arrived at 7:46. Over two hours later. On a Monday? A little disappointing but we got over it. we were ready to eat! To our further disappointment, we found the pizza burnt, hard, and cold. bummer. Fool me once Pizza Hut, shame on you. Fool me twice. shame on me. Will not be ordering again.

I am not impressed at all. I bought the big dinner box just not impressed with any of it. It was expensive for what it was in my opinion. There are much better places I could have used my $ 40. the pan-style crust is way too thick. the ratio of sauce and toppings to the crust does not add up. the pasta portion was crispy and bubbly on the top but barely warm underneath. The breadsticks felt old, like they had been sitting around for a while. The pizza tasted super salty to me, it just tasted like salted tomato bread to me. I have no intention on ordering from them again. but you never know. I would not recommend them to my friends.

I risked ordering delivery once again despite my last experience. Online ordering is wonderful. I ordered at 4:18 and it promised delivery at 5:06. The pizza didn’t show until 5:26. It was barely warm and will meed microwaving. Called the manager and got the standard«I’m sorry». I explained that I am sick with the flu or would have turned it away since it was not hot. She basically sat on the phone and listened but quite obviously was too young to give a darn and was happy when I ended the conversation. I have made a decision in my life that my money and time are too valuable to me to pay to be treated this way. I will never order from Pizza Hut again!

I ordered online last week and had a rotten experience. The pizza was supposed to have one half pepperoni and the other half a few other meats and vegetables. I also checked the«extra sauce» box as well. About ¾ of the pizza was pepperoni and the rest had a measly scattering of the vegetables I ordered, One slice had only one freaking green pepper! So I placed the order and was given a delivery time. Not. Even. Close. I didn’t get it until an hour later. It was absolutely cold. Cold and dried up, with next to no sauce on it. Exactly the opposite of what I asked for. It was so cold that my husband had to put it in the microwave to heat it up! I was so disgusted with it that I contacted corporate. I got a standard response of «we apologize for your experience, we’ll contact that location and have them contact you within 3 days.» I bet you can guess what DIDN’T happen. Nope. No one ever contacted me. I emailed corporate back and told them that no one ever got back to me. Again I was told that they were sorry and again, someone should be contacting me in another 3 days. About an hour or so after I got that email, I got another from what I guess was a area/regional(whatever) manager for this area. He apologized and said he was under the impression that someone from this location already spoke with me. Well, either he’s lying to me or they’re lying to him because no one did. Anyhow, he offered me a credit to come back and give them a chance. Not a chance in hell! I declined the offer and told him that I was not about to take another chance of ordering, just to have the same experience as the last time. In reading the other reviews, I’m obviously not the only one having the same exact experience; taking way too long, bad food, etc. I don’t know who they have running this place but they are doing a bang up job at making the company look bad. I’m not knocking the company as a whole, but the Manteca location? You bet. Avoid that place like the plague! Save your money and spend it at a restaurant that serves good food and has good customer service. Hopefully enough people will contact corporate and some positive changes can be made.

Totally a off night for pizza hut. I ordered my pizza online at 7:45pm, the computer said it would be ready by 8:10 for pickup. Went to the store about 8:15 told them my name and she said«its just coming out of the oven, just need 5mins» ok cool i sit down. 20mins pass, no one calls my name, so i leave, just like 3 other people that night.
