Went in to Gamer’s Path on New Years and had a great experience. First I was surprised that it was open on New Years especially since I was aware of other gaming spots that were closed. Me and my friends wanted to play Pandemic Legacy and didn’t want to wait to order it on Amazon. So we decided to check out Gamer’s Path and I’m glad we did. When I walked in on seen several people playing card games and the owner Luke was also very helpful and joyful. I could tell that he enjoys what he does. Overall 5 stars and will definitely go back to Gamer’s Path for my next game purchase.

I have been in here several times for my various gaming needs, and every time I have been greeted by a helpful smile. Luke is a top-tier salesman: never too pushy, and extremely educative and informative. Most importantly, he never talks down to you, even if you’re a newcomer to this type of scene(as I was, and frankly still am.) Every single time I’ve been into this shop, I’ve been showered with the best customer service in the industry, and informed with the pros and cons of products which allow me to make my own informed decisions. I have, not once, felt«buyers remorse» after purchasing something here. If you’re looking for a great place to hang out on the weekend, or just looking for a place to learn some new games and meet some new friends, look no further. This is by far the best gaming shop in the valley.

I walked in the store on a Saturday morning just before lunch. It was quiet inside and the person working there(Luke?) greeted me promptly with a smile. He was helpful, but not pushy. The store was awesome. They had a lot in stock and it was well organized. I am thrilled to have found a store that I like so close to me! I’ll definitely be going here again.

It’s hard to find a local card or hobby game shop close to Tracy. I must say though, this is the best place to go and the people there are great. Very chill and casual, the biggest factor is how neat and clean this hobby/card shop is. A lot of places can reek but this place has a great neat and organized clean factor. It’s also open to new players and the owners are pretty chill and helpful. Lot of different games to play but I mainly play MTG. First time going here and I must say I finally found my go to game arena.

When this store first opened, I managed to drive by every time it was closed! When I finally came in, I was happy to see it was a REAL game store! I was greeted by Luke when I finally made it into the shop. He was helpful and friendly. It was an easy decision for our gaming group to rent the back room of the store for our monthly board game meetups. It was awesome to see so many people gaming on Friday and Saturday nights. I’ve also managed an afternoon visit and saw many kids coming in after school. There are open box board games that Luke lets you try out or play in the store. He was so helpful and played a game of Red Dragon Inn with my friend and I. It was so fun and easy that we ended up purchasing a copy each to share with our gaming group. I am so happy that Gamer’s Path is in town!

This place deserves a lot of credit. Im brand new to magic, so is my wife, and i came into this store in the blind… magic is way out of my element and i couldn’t have felt more welcome by the owner, i believe his name is luke. I told him i was just starting off and istead of trying to sell me a bunch of different things, he guided my and instructed me without any pressure. I did visit the«other» card shop in manteca, and all i got were stares and not much help at all… Gamers Path is a store that is a man amongst boys, very clean, very helpful, up to date and this community and store has just earned itself some loyal customers. Credit should be given where it is due, and this place deserves. wish your business the best.

This store just opened a few weeks ago in Manteca, but it’s already up and running. We just stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and there was a bunch of active Magic games going on, as well as a large Warhammer 40k game. Just walking in the store, we were greeted by the owner(who stopped playing his Magic game to help us out). He was extremely nice and attentive, making sure we found everything we were looking for and that all of our questions were answered. They have a decent selection of Magic cards behind the counter(mostly recent sets), and all at good prices. Speaking of which, their prices on dice, card boxes, and other support items were all great. Hobby stores can be expensive in general, but the prices in this shop are lower than I’ve seen elsewhere. Other than the cards, they had a display of Warhammer(both Fantasy and 40k) figures and the line of Citadel paints. They had a small display of Dungeons and Dragons and Pathfinder, and their events board says they hold regular events for all of them. The back of the store has some of the more common geeky board games, including Munchkin, the Dungeons and Dragons board games, Settlers of Catan, and Arkham Horror. The store itself is extremely clean and is decorated in a castley/medieval style. It’s nice to have a place that’s clean and open to be able to game in. This was our first stop in the store, but after our great experience here it definitely won’t be our last.
