I recently received a replica of a 19^th century Damascus-​blade knife as a Christmas gift. It came from the on-​line retailer dull as a butter knife. Worse, I could not sharpen it – several thousand strokes on diamond-​coated and ceramic angled rods improved the edge close to that of an ordinary table knife – no better. Frustrated, I found Diamond Sharp Services via a Google search and took the knife, which I was considering returning, in to Joseph and his crew. Shazam! 5 minutes later it was shaving sharp, and the cost was under $ 10. If you value your time at even half minimum wage you cannot afford to do your own sharpening. Next trip to DSS I will be taking my wife’s complete kitchen set. I will wrestle with my conscience about whether to tell her who did it. Great, fast service at very reasonable cost.

Super sharp knives. I used them for the wedding venue I worked at. The Chefs loved them. They fixed our mixer and our meat slicer on short notice. They brought in replacement equipment while they fixed ours. Great customer service, great product, great price.
